Broadway's Big Stars Protest Russia's Ban on 'Gay Propaganda' with Epic Musical Number: VIDEO

Russian Broadway has been shut down after the government deems all theatre 'homosexual propaganda'!

That's the premise behind a new spoof featuring some of Broadway's biggest stars created by John Walton West and composed by Jason Michael Snow.

Michael Urie, Andrew Rannells (below), Harvey Fierstein, Roger Rees, Laura Osnes, Joanna Gleason, Analeigh Ashford, Andy Karl, Santino Fontana, Andrea McArdle, Stephen Schwartz, Eric Anderson, Ann Harada, Michael Cerveris, Laura Benanti and Stephanie J. Block (as lesbian cosmonauts!), Sierra Boggess, Leslie Kritzer, John Bolton, Jackie Hoffman, Lena Rocker Hall, Jeremy Jordan and Jonathan Groff (as gay Olympian lovers, above)

  8. Great job - a lot of work went into this. I wonder who the intended audience is, particularly at that length. It's preaching to the converted at sites like this.

    It should be shown before every Broadway musical, except they don't do that sort of thing. Not to mention having not having screens and projectors and the right sound system.
