Check out our weekly guide to make sure you're catching the big premieres, crucial episodes and the stuff you won't admit you watch when no one's looking.
— While that other show with the beefy werewolves has been a roller-coaster of quality, Teen Wolf just seems to get better and better. The supernatural thriller can get just as scary, but the high school angst keeps the series from ever taking itself too seriously (or falling too far down a nonsensical faerie hole). The fourth season premiere hits MTV tonight at 10 p.m. Eastern.

— It’s hard to believe it’s only been a year since the Supreme Court overturned Proposition 8. The Case Against 8 shines a spotlight on the plaintiffs and lawyers to reveal the emotional battle that took place inside and outside the courtroom. Check it out tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern on HBO. — All the ‘90s kids rejoice! Cory Matthews (Ben Savage) and Topanga (Danielle Fishel) are back, and now it’s their daughter’s turn to survive adolescence. In Girl Meets World, Corey fills Feeny’s shoes as a teacher in his daughter’s middle school. The series premiere Friday at 9:45 p.m. Eastern on Disney is worth checking out for nostalgia’s sake.
— Maybe people are too hard on TLC, formerly The Learning Channel, for dumbing down its programming. I for one continue to learn a lot about people who can’t stop eating couch cushions or fill their houses with trash or not know they were pregnant. Now you can learn about the nudist real estate industry on Buying Naked, Saturday at 10 p.m. on TLC. The more you know, right?
— The Leftovers offers all of the rapture-drama of Left Behind, with none of the Kirk Cameron. Instead, the new HBO drama from Damon Lindelof will serve up a mix of sci-fi and spirituality that sounds right in line with his previous work on Lost. The ambitious series premieres Sunday at 10 p.m. Eastern on HBO.
