Eric Swalwell smacked down the FOX & Friends panel who asked the congressman if he had concerns that Trump was surveilled.

“No,” said Swalwell, adding, “Any suggestion that the Obama administration was spying on Trump team — it's a distraction, it's a smoke bomb and it's been dismissed roundly.”
