Gorgeous, whose real name is Gigi Loren Lazzarato, came out as a lesbian in September and boasts almost 2.6 million subscribers on YouTube with videos garnering hundreds of thousands of views each. Gorgeous has collaborated with fellow superstar YouTubers Kingsley, Joey Graceffa and Tyler Oakley as well as A-lister Kylie Jenner.
Gorgeous made a name for herself doing makeup tutorials before publicly coming out as transgender in 2013 in a video that currently has nearly 3.7 million views alone. Gorgeous’ documentary This Is Everything: Gigi Gorgeous, released in January on the video giant’s YouTube Red platform, explores her gender transition and has been nominated for an MTV Movie Award for Best Documentary, Tubefilter reports.
