News: Romney's Credit, Paula Broadwell, Lego Movie, Liberia

Mitt Romney's campaign canceled all their credit cards after the failed presidential hopeful conceded the race to President Obama. Many staffers, caught unaware, were left stranded: "Aides taking cabs home late that night got rude awakenings when they found the credit cards linked to the campaign no longer worked."

RomneyOrderingSecret Service were notified early Wednesday that their time guarding Mitt Romney had come to an end. "Javelin, Jockey details, all posts, discontinue," read the command text.

Brian Brown and his mob at the National Organization for Marriage want to make equality-supporting Starbucks "pay a price" in the Middle East. "Their international outreach is where we can have the most effect,” Brown said during a conference call with his minions. “So for example, in Qatar, in the Middle East, we’ve begun working to make sure that there’s some price to be paid for this. These are not countries that look kindly on same-sex marriage. And this is where Starbucks wants to expand, as well as India. So we have done some of this; we’ve got to do a lot more.”

Eugene Delgaudio, the Virginia conservative who used a gay couple's wedding picture to campaign against Colorado State Sen. Jean White and propagandize against marriage equality, is being investigated for allegedly using public resources and employees to fuel his anti-gay crusade.

Gay Couple Sues Virginia Conservative Eugene Delgaudio Over Stolen Wedding Photo

Wedding

The Southern Poverty Law Center, on behalf of Brian Edwards and Tom Privitere, a gay NJ couple, is filing a federal lawsuit against Public Advocate of the United States, the conservative non-profit organization led by Loudoun County Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio.

Delgaudio's group stole the couple's wedding photo for use in an anti-gay political mailing, the AP reports:

DelgaudioThe photo was used in mailers in a June primary election involving Sen. Jean White, one of a handful of Republicans who supported a civil unions bill that was blocked in the state House. The mailer, which replaced the Manhattan skyline with a snowy background, read: “State Senator Jean White’s Idea of ‘Family Values?’”

White lost the primary against a fellow Republican in a northwestern Colorado district.

Ypu may recall some of Delgaudio's past antics. He fought tooth and nail against an anti-discrimination ordinance in Loudon County, labeling transgender people "it" and "real life Tootsies" and has had an ongoing campaign against the Student Non-Discrimination Act which included an email sent out by the Weekly Standard warning people that federal anti-bullying legislation is a secret plan to "indoctrinate" children with "homosexual propaganda".

Loudoun County Democrats Call for Resignation of Anti-Gay Hate Group Leader and Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio

Loudoon County, Virginia Democrats on Monday called for Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio’s resignation on Monday following the designation by the Southern Poverty Law Center earlier this month of Delgaudio's conservative nonprofit organization, Public Advocate of the United States, as a "hate group".

DelgaudioEvan Macbeth, chairman of the Loudoun County Democratic Committee, said the time has come for Delgaudio, who won his fourth term as supervisor in November, to step down.

 “Loudoun County is no place for hatred and bigotry,” Macbeth said in a statement Monday. “The people of Loudoun deserve much better from their elected leaders than Eugene Delgaudio.”

You may recall that Delgaudio fought tooth and nail against an anti-discrimination ordinance in Loudon County, labeling transgender people "it" and "real life Tootsies" and has had an ongoing campaign against the Student Non-Discrimination Act which included an email sent out by the Weekly Standard warning people that federal anti-bullying legislation is a secret plan to "indoctrinate" children with "homosexual propaganda".

Said Delgaudio in an interview today with the WaPo:

“Now a no-name organization is on [the SPLC] list,. They’re scraping the bottom of the barrel when they have to kick the Italian guy...Liberals will always cry when they lose, and they lose every time they come up against me...I think the term anti-gay is wrong, but I’m not going to cry about it. I would categorize [Public Advocate] as pro-family, pro-traditional marriage..."

'Weekly Standard' Editor William Kristol Won't Condemn Paper's Email Ad Warning of 'Homosexual Indoctrination'

William Kristol, the editor of the conservative Weekly Standard, has refused to condemn an email advertisement sent out by the paper that was written by Loudon County, Virginia wingnut and anti-gay activist Eugene Delgaudio, warning people that federal anti-bullying legislation is a secret plan to "indoctrinate" children with "homosexual propaganda".

The Human Rights Campaign called on its members to contact Kristol and demand he condemn the ad. The Log Cabin Republicans blasted the paper for sending it out as well.

You may recall Delgaudio's nutty fundraising letters and his work against the Student Non-Discrimination Act in the past. You may recall that Delgaudio fought tooth and nail against an anti-discrimination ordinance in Loudon County, labeling transgender people "it" and "real life Tootsies".

DelgaudioThe email, in part:

Dear Pro-family American, The Radical Homosexuals infiltrating the United States Congress have a plan: Indoctrinate an entire generation of American children with pro-homosexual propaganda and eliminate traditional values from American society. Their ultimate dream is to create a new America based on sexual promiscuity in which the values you and I cherish are long forgotten. I hate to admit it, but if they pass the deceptively named "Student Non-Discrimination Act," (H.R. 998 & S. 555) that's exactly what they'll do. Better named the "Homosexual Classrooms Act," its chief advocate in Congress is Rep. Jared Polis, himself an open homosexual and radical activist. And it's dangerously close to becoming the law of the land....

....You see, the Homosexual Classrooms Act contains a laundry list of anti-family provisions that will: Require schools to teach appalling homosexual acts so "homosexual students" don't feel "singled out" during already explicit sex-ed classes; Spin impressionable students in a whirlwind of sexual confusion and misinformation, even peer pressure to "experiment" with the homosexual "lifestyle;" Exempt homosexual students from punishment for propositioning, harassing, or even sexually assaulting their classmates, as part of their specially-protected right to "freedom of self-expression;" Force private and even religious schools to teach a pro-homosexual curriculum and purge any reference to religion if a student claims it creates a "hostile learning environment" for homosexual students. And that's just the beginning of the Homosexual Lobby's radical agenda....

....other countries like Britain are already experimenting with this kind of legislation, such as mandating public schools inject pro-homosexual content into every aspect of education. Word problems in math classes are now to include homosexual characters.  History classes will document the "civil rights" struggle against the "oppressive" pro-family establishment. And it's even started to infiltrate our state governments. In California, lawmakers want to "require schools to portray lesbians, homosexuals, transsexuals ... as positive role models to children in all public schools." Sexual deviants being held up as models of virtue?

H.R. 998 already has 150 co-sponsors in the House! And S. 555 already has 34 co-sponsors in the Senate! That’s why I need you to act quickly — right away — to protect our nation’s youth. I have prepared the official “Protect Our Children’s Innocence” Petition to Congress for you to sign.

Please click here to sign it right away so I can rush it to the Capitol with thousands more.

The Weekly Standard, which reportedly apologized to its readers,  tells Politico the ad was not properly vetted but Kristol refuses to condemn it.

Virginia Wingnut Official Eugene Delgaudio Says TSA Pat-downs Promote the 'Homosexual Agenda'

Eugene Delgaudio, one of Virginia's most prominent wingnuts and an official on the Loudon County Board of Supervisors, is spouting off more nonsense again.

Delgaudio You may recall the hilarious fundraising letter that Delgaudio sent out in April for his group, the conservative non-profit organization Public Advocate of the U.S.

The letter, which warned of a "radical homosexual agenda," was also marked by passages one might characterize as homoerotic pulp fiction, Delgaudio's retelling of a visit he made to some sort of radical homosexual petition factory.

Wrote Delgaudio in the letter:

"One stormy night I drove to a mailshop hidden deep in a nearly deserted stand of warehouses. I'd heard something was up and wanted to see for myself. As I rounded the final turn my eyes nearly popped. Tractor-trailers pulled up to loading docks, cars and vans everywhere and long-haired, earring-pierced men scurrying around running forklifts, inserters and huge printing presses. Trembling with worry I went inside. It was worse than I ever imagined. Row after row of boxes bulging with pro-homosexual petitions lined the walls, stacked to the ceiling. My mind reeled as I realized hundreds, maybe thousands, more boxes were already loaded on the tractor-trailers. And still more petitions were flying off the press."

Now, this nut has sent out an email warning that TSA pat-downs are part of this "homosexual agenda".

WUSA9 reports:

A widely distributed e-mail written by Delgaudio for the Public Advocate about TSA, claims the pat downs are part of a "Homosexual Agenda." And he criticizes TSA's non-discrimination hiring policy.

"It's the federal employee's version of the Gay Bill of Special Rights... That means the next TSA official that gives you an 'enhanced pat down' could be a practicing homosexual secretly getting pleasure from your submission," Delgaudio wrote.

Delgaudio thinks about sex almost as much as "Porno Pete" LaBarbera from AFTAH. For both these guys, the thought of another man touching them near their man parts obviously stirs a passion in their loins so powerful they don't know what to do with it. Instead of acting on it, they turn self-loathing into public action, and use it to try to ruin people's lives.

You may recall that Delgaudio fought tooth and nail against an anti-discrimination ordinance in Loudon County, labeling transgender people "it" and "real life Tootsies".

READ: Sterling, Virginia District Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio's Insane Fundraising Letter Warning of Gay Agenda

Delgaudio

Steve Clemons of The Washington Note writes of a fundraising letter for Sterling, Virginia District Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio who is also the executive director of the conservative non-profit organization Public Advocate of the U.S.: "This is -- for certain -- the craziest, most bizarre political letter I have ever read".

And well, I think he's right.

You may recalls Delgaudio's name. I've written about him before with regard to an anti-discrimination ordinance that was passed in Loudon County, where he's a supervisor. Delgaudio ranted against transgender people, calling them "it" and "real-life Tootsies".

Delgaudio  Some excerpts from Delgaudio's scare letter about "Radical Homosexuals" and their agenda:

Frankly if you really do support the radical Homosexual Agenda -- or if you just no longer care enough to stand up for the family -- insiders in Congress say the entire Homosexual Agenda could pass in a matter of months.

*** Special job rights for homosexuals and lesbians. Businesses may have to adopt hiring quotas to protect themselves from lawsuits. Every homosexual fired or not hired becomes a potential federal civil rights lawsuit.

Radical homosexuals will terrorize day care centers, hospitals, churches and private schools. Traditional moral values will be shattered by federal law.

*** Same-sex marriages and adoptions. Wedding-gown clad men smooching before some left-wing clergy or state official is just the beginning.

You'll see men hand-in-hand skipping down to adoption centers to "pick out" a little boy for themselves.

*** Homosexual advocacy in schools. Your children or grandchildren will be taught homosexuality is moral, natural and good. High school children will learn perverted sex acts as part of "safe sex" education.

With condoms already handed out in many schools, Radical Homosexuals will have little trouble adopting today's "if it feels good do it" sex-ed curriculum to their agenda.

And to add insult to injury, lobbyists for the Homosexual Agenda are paid off with your tax dollars!

That's right, radical homosexual groups like the Gay-Lesbian Task Force and ACT-UP receive millions from the government.

Hundreds of millions of dollars flow from taxpayers to homosexual activists through funding for homosexual "art," so-called AIDS-awareness programs, and research grants.

And yet, Public Advocate receives absolutely no taxpayer assistance. My small office of volunteers and low-paid staffers are making quite a sacrifice to defend America's morals and values.

Del  Delgaudio goes on to say he visited some sort of homosexual petition factory:

One stormy night I drove to a mailshop hidden deep in a nearly deserted stand of warehouses. And still more petitions were flying off the press.

Suddenly a dark-haired man screeched, "Delgaudio what are you doing here?" Dozens of men began moving toward me. I'd been recognized. As I retreated to my car, the man chortled, "This time Delgaudio we can't lose." Driving away, my eyes filled with tears as I realized he might be right. This time the Radical Homosexuals could win. You see, even though homosexuals are just 1% of the population, if every one sent a petition to Congress it would generate a tidal wave of two or three million petitions or more. Hundreds of thousands of pro-homosexual petitions will soon flood Congress , and my friends in Congress tell me there's virtually nothing on Capitol Hill from the tens of millions of Americans like you who oppose the radical Homosexual Agenda and the Gay Bill of Special Rights.

Sounds like Delgaudio's erotic fantasies started getting the best of him in that first half.

Delgaudio is also behind a petition to stop Rep. Jared Polis' 'Student Non-Discrimination Act'

You see, the Homosexual Classrooms Act contains a laundry list of anti-family provisions that will:

* Require schools to teach sodomy and other appalling homosexual acts so homosexual students don't feel "singled out" during already explicit sex-ed classes;

* Spin impressionable students in a whirlwind of sexual confusion and misinformation, recruiting and even pressuring vulnerable teens and pre-teens into the homosexual "lifestyle";

* Effectively outlaw voluntary prayer in schools, and expose students who pray privately to lawsuits and even criminal prosecution for "religious intimidation";

* Exempt homosexual students from punishment for propositioning, harassing, or even sexually assaulting their classmates, as part of their specially-protected right to "freedom of self-expression";

* Force parochial schools to secularize and purge any reference to religion because radicals claim it creates a "hostile learning environment" for homosexual students. Simply put, The Homosexual Classrooms Act will use schools as weapons to eradicate traditional values in the next generation of American students.

Delgaudio recently took his crazy train to Capitol Hill to deliver petitions to Congress in support of traditional marriage and opposing "special privileges" for gays.
