TLC will air a documentary on January 1st about gay Mormon men in Salt Lake City who are married to women.

The men claim to use their faith in god to overcome anything that goes against their religious beliefs. Featuring three married couples and one bachelor, one of the men says he has “chosen an alternative to an alternative lifestyle.” Another participant helpfully explains “I’m interested in men, I’m just not interested in men.”

Some of the wives are delusional.

The Fault in Our Stars alum Ansel Elgort, who is set to play gay pianist Van Cliburn in an upcoming biopic, took to Twitter yesterday to clear up persistent gay rumors. The 20-year-old actor addressed the social media speculation in a way that was calm and collected - without some of the homophobic overreaction that we see so often from other male celebrities faced with similar rumors.

Louis Tomlinson, are you taking notes?

The Walking Dead Creator Finally Reveals Whether or Not Daryl Dixon Is Gay

Dixon

Fans of AMC's The Walking Dead have long speculated that Daryl Dixon (played by actor Norman Reedus) might be gay - especially with four seasons having come and gone without the volatile zombie hunter developing romantic attractions for any of the show's rotating female survivors.

Those speculations reached a fever pitch a few months ago after the comic's creator, Robert Kirkman, claimed that Dixon being a gay character had already "been discussed" with AMC and that network execs had seemingly given the green light to the possibility. Reedus himself even sounded off on the rumor, saying that he liked the idea of Dixon being "prison gay"

Sadly though, for fans who were clinging onto these sly comments in the hopes of seeing Dixon in the arms of another man later this season, those rumors have now been squashed by Kirkman.

Said Kirkman on the Talking Dead after-show last night, according to Comicbook.com

"We play Daryl Dixon as being somewhat asexual on the show. He's a very introverted character and I think that's some of his appeal," Kirkman said. "I do have to clear something up, though: in the letter column of the comic book that I do, I mentioned that there was a possibility early on about making Daryl Dixon's character gay. It caused quite a hubbub online and I just wanted to clarify that the possibility is there and that I would have been fine with it, the network would have been fine with it, but we ultimately didn't do that. I can make it official: Daryl Dixon is straight."

He added that in the second half of the season, the show will be debuting a "very prominent gay character from the comics," likely Paul "Jesus" Monroe or Aaron.

Walking Dead fans, what are your thoughts on the news? Were you hoping for a gay Daryl Dixon?

Church Threatens Legal Action Against 'I'm Not Gay No More' Man Over iTunes Song: AUDIO

Caldwell

The Church of God in Christ, the Pentacostal Christian denomination at the center of the "I'm not gay no more" megachurch conversion video that went viral earlier this month, is reportedly threatening legal action against the "gay no more" man Andrew Caldwell for remixng the video into a song and putting it on iTunes.

TMZ reports the church has ordered him to stop selling the song "partly because they own the audio, but also because they feel Andrew is making a mockery of the service." Andrew, however, claims he's copyrighted the song and that he can claim ownership because the song only contains his voice.

Earlier this month, Caldwell addressed the widespread doubt that he had been "turned straight" and shot down sugestions that he staged the moment for publicity.

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson Blasts Reporter for Implying He's Gay: 'I Am In Fact Straight'

Tomlinson

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson (seen above in the 'Story of My Life' video) lashed out at a reporter at the UK Independent this week after she suggested that his t-shirt bearing a classic Apple rainbow logo was because he supported CEO Tim Cook's recent statement coming out of the closet.

Wrote reporter Jenn Selby in the article:

Days after Harry Styles’ comment about gender and sexuality became a viral talking point, his bandmate Louis Tomlinson seemingly showed his support for the recently out Apple CEO Tim Cook.

While Selby never says that Tomlinson is gay, her attempt to draw connections between Styles, Cook, and Tomlinson caused the One Direction singer to draw a few conclusions of his own:

Tomlinson's response is similar to one he offered to a fan two years ago when the fan brought up a nickname ("Larry Stylinson") that fans had created suggesting he was in a relationship with bandmate Styles.

Raven-Symoné: 'I Don't Want to be Labeled Gay, I Want to be Labeled a Human Who Loves Humans' - VIDEO

Raven

On Sunday's Where Are They Now, Oprah sat down with Raven-Symonè and asked the Cosby Show actress whether her tweet last year about how she could "finally get married" following the Supreme Court's repeal of DOMA was her way of coming out as gay.

Rather than put a label on her sexuality, Raven told Oprah she'd prefer to be known as a "human who loves humans"

Raven2"That was my way of saying I'm proud of the country, but I will say I'm in an amazing, happy relationship with my partner - a woman. And on the other side, my mother and people in my family they've taught me to keep my personal life to myself as much as possible. So I try my best to hold the fence where I can, but I'm proud to be who I am and what I am."
