Church Threatens Legal Action Against 'I'm Not Gay No More' Man Over iTunes Song: AUDIO

Caldwell

The Church of God in Christ, the Pentacostal Christian denomination at the center of the "I'm not gay no more" megachurch conversion video that went viral earlier this month, is reportedly threatening legal action against the "gay no more" man Andrew Caldwell for remixng the video into a song and putting it on iTunes.

TMZ reports the church has ordered him to stop selling the song "partly because they own the audio, but also because they feel Andrew is making a mockery of the service." Andrew, however, claims he's copyrighted the song and that he can claim ownership because the song only contains his voice.

Earlier this month, Caldwell addressed the widespread doubt that he had been "turned straight" and shot down sugestions that he staged the moment for publicity.

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson Blasts Reporter for Implying He's Gay: 'I Am In Fact Straight'

Tomlinson

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson (seen above in the 'Story of My Life' video) lashed out at a reporter at the UK Independent this week after she suggested that his t-shirt bearing a classic Apple rainbow logo was because he supported CEO Tim Cook's recent statement coming out of the closet.

Wrote reporter Jenn Selby in the article:

Days after Harry Styles’ comment about gender and sexuality became a viral talking point, his bandmate Louis Tomlinson seemingly showed his support for the recently out Apple CEO Tim Cook.

While Selby never says that Tomlinson is gay, her attempt to draw connections between Styles, Cook, and Tomlinson caused the One Direction singer to draw a few conclusions of his own:

Tomlinson's response is similar to one he offered to a fan two years ago when the fan brought up a nickname ("Larry Stylinson") that fans had created suggesting he was in a relationship with bandmate Styles.

Raven-Symoné: 'I Don't Want to be Labeled Gay, I Want to be Labeled a Human Who Loves Humans' - VIDEO

Raven

On Sunday's Where Are They Now, Oprah sat down with Raven-Symonè and asked the Cosby Show actress whether her tweet last year about how she could "finally get married" following the Supreme Court's repeal of DOMA was her way of coming out as gay.

Rather than put a label on her sexuality, Raven told Oprah she'd prefer to be known as a "human who loves humans"

Raven2"That was my way of saying I'm proud of the country, but I will say I'm in an amazing, happy relationship with my partner - a woman. And on the other side, my mother and people in my family they've taught me to keep my personal life to myself as much as possible. So I try my best to hold the fence where I can, but I'm proud to be who I am and what I am."

Ian Thorpe is About to Be Asked for the Nth Time if He's Gay: VIDEO

Thorpe

Famed Olympic swimmer Ian Thorpe is once again addressing rumors that he is gay. The five time gold medalist rose to prominence at the 2000 Sydney games. Since that time he has been asked if he's gay.

Next Sunday, Thorpe will be sitting down with Sir Gregory Parkinson for a ‘no holds barred’ interview, in which his sexuality figures prominently. Referring to a promo clip being circulated ahead of the interview, The Daily Mail comments:

In the 25 second clip, Parkinson said to Thorpe: 'You've always said that you're not gay... is all of that true?'

The scene then cuts to an uncomfortable looking Thorpe, 31, who appears to be nervously finding his words. […]

Parkinson said Thorpe's decision that no question was off limits was brave and says he examines the good times and the bad of the Australian swimming legend.

'His fight against depression offers a unique insight into the darker side of celebrity and success,' Parkinson said in a statement released by Ten.

'What fascinates me most about Ian is that apart from the very beginning of his career, he never seemed to enjoy and celebrate his success.

Two years ago Thorpe commented that he was “annoyed” by the gay rumors. Just months later, Thorpe told a TV interviewer he wasn’t so much offended by the insinuation that he is gay as he was hurt by people not taking him at his word. As for the reasons for the speculation on his sexuality, Thorpe has long held that it is because he does not fit the typical mold of an athlete in the eyes of most.

Davey Wavey Makes Two Shirtless Hunks Embrace While Discussing Why Straight Guys Never Hug: VIDEO

Screen Shot 2014-05-24 at 7.31.38 AM

The always-adorable Davey Wavey brings two ostensibly heterosexual men along with him to film his newest YouTube video, titled: "Straight Boys Hugging!"

While they do, in fact, embrace, the three men first discuss the generalized reasoning behind heterosexual men's fear of hugging one another. The conversation may not be intellectually stimulating, but sometimes it's simply nice to see two guys hug it out.

'Blue' Boybanders Lee Ryan and Duncan James Clarify 'Gay' Labels

2_james_ryan

Lee Ryan and Duncan James, bandmates in the British boy band Blue, separately took time this week to clarify labels on their sexuality.

Ryan, who told a housemate on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year that he's "been with a man,"  took to Twitter to tell his followers:

I've been asked by a few people why I haven't reacted over recent claims & my answer is this.. "The claims that I am gay don't faze me. I don't care if people think I'm gay, why would I care? I would be proud. Sexuality doesn't need to be defended or justified.

In 2014 when individual sexuality is being celebrated, it's odd that Twitter trolls and bullies focus on sexuality in a derogatory way. We have created change as a society, a really brilliant change and to those people who have not yet caught up to 2014 (for whatever reason) please just open your minds and begin to think#equal.

Everyone is allowed to be individual.

And James, who has joked about having threesomes with Ryan and revealed his bisexuality in 2009, told Gay Star News that he calls himself gay but he could still "easily sleep with a woman."

Said James:

"I think to myself, I sleep with men, so that makes me gay. Regardless of whether I sleep with women or not, I’m still sleeping with men so I’m gay. So I’m still attracted to women, I could still easily sleep with a woman. I haven’t in the last couple of years but I think if I meet a girl I could still have a relationship with her. I could still be romantically and sexually attracted involved with a girl.

"But I still call myself gay. I’m a gay guy. I like men, so that makes me gay. Don’t get me wrong, I think people can be bisexual. When I came out as bisexual at the time, it was just easier to use the word. I do say I’m gay, but I don’t really care about labels. I don’t really care if people want to call me bisexual or gay."

Glad that's all cleared up.
