Barbra Streisand Appears On 'The Tonight Show' For First Time In 50 Years, Sings Duet With Jimmy Fallon: VIDEO

Babs

Last night, the Funny Girl herself made her first trip back to The Tonight Show since 1963 when she was only 21 and Johnny Carson was the host. Streisand was current host Jimmy Fallon's only guest, making the entire show a celebration of all things Babs. Streisand is promoting her new album of duets and since some of her "Partners" in song (including Elvis Presley, Blake Shelton and Michael Buble) could not be there to croon alongside her, Fallon stepped in to fill their shoes without missing a beat.

Adam Levine and Jimmy Fallon Play 'Wheel of Musical Impressions' - VIDEO

Musical

Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon is no stranger to a musical game or two. Last night he and guest Adam Levine squared off in Fallon's latest concoction, The Wheel of Musical Impressions. They each had to pair a randomly selected famous singer with an equally random song. The results include Levine singing the Sesame Street theme song as Michael Jackson and Fallon giving Old MacDonald the Iggy Azalea treatment.

Andrew Rannells Talks to Jimmy Fallon About Taking Over as Hedwig on Broadway: VIDEO

Rannells_hedwig

Andrew Rannells, who is set to take over as East German transgender rock star Hedwig in the Tony Award-winning Hedwig and the Angry Inch on Broadway for a limited 8-week run, sat down with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show on Wednesday night.

Rannells, who is a Broadway veteran having performed in Book of Mormon, Hairspray and Jersey Boys, expressed excitement at taking over the lead role from Neil Patrick Harris. Rannells tells Fallon that he has already performed as Hedwig in an unrelated 2002 production in Austin Texas.

Rannells also talks about perfecting an East German accent for the role, and notes that while that's not going so well, he is becoming good at an Australian accent, particularly if he is required to say the name 'Jennifer Lopez'.

In other news, Harris is counting the days he has left in Hedwig down on his glittered fingernails.

Jimmy Fallon and Jon Hamm Spit Food All Over Each Other: VIDEO

Hamm

ICYMI: here is a hilarious skit from Friday's Tonight Show, where Jimmy Fallon and Jon Hamm send-up 80s slapstick TV with a fictional show called “Palisades Park Pet Patrol."

As funny as the alliteration is, the real belly laughs come when the skit escalates into an exercise in spit up food. You might have been entranced by Jon Hamm's luscious beard at first, but soon enough, when you are gagging from the mess, you'll wish he was working the usual Don Draper five o'clock shadow.

Lena Dunham Interprets Sia's 'Chandelier' and J Lo Defends Her Tight Pants Territory: VIDEO

Dunham

There was an abundance of dancing on late night TV last night.

On The Late Show with Seth Meyers, Lena Dunham took to the stage to do an interpretive dance to Sia's "Chandelier" while a woman who was presumably Sia (doing her not-showing-my-face thing) slept in a bunk bed.

Meanwhile, on The Tonight Show, J Lo lashed out at that "little bitch" Jimmy Fallon for encroaching on her tight pants territory.
