Bill Condon, master behind Kinsey and Gods and Monsters, has been asked to develop a new film based on high-society sugar barons Pepe and Alfie Fanjul who were forced out of Cuba when Castro came to power. According to Page Six the film will be based on a 2001 Marie Brenner Vanity Fair story.
