Chad White Brings all the Boys to the Yard
It's Fashion Week in New York and an embarrassment of riches if what you're looking for are handsome male models, but since we've made note of him here before, I thought I'd point out that designers Richie Rich and Traver Rains tipped their hat to model of the moment Chad White at the Heatherette show yesterday. White strutted down the runway in a gold crucifix, a modified Panama hat, and a pair of pajama bottoms (and is that some kind of milkshake)?

No, it's not a milkshake. It's the ice-cream soda candle I made at summer camp when I was 10. I gave it to Chad after our very special night together last spring. Obviously, he was touched.

agreed. you have to give Rich a little credit for transforming himself from a cackling club queen to a fashion media darling, but to insult the entire fashion industry by calling him a designer is a crime. he's a third-rate stylist if anything, and knows how to get c-list celebrities to attend his dog and pony shows. i will never understand why people pay attention to him.

Richie Rich and Amanda Lepore used to come to my bar Friday nights at Crobar, modeling "Heatherettes" latest fashion "trend" with Richie's self-important attitude. Thankfully, I kept visine behind the bar; in drinks, it keeps the attitude out LOL...
