Man, I really still am crushing on T.R., but boy needs some help with public speaking. It's a little annoying.

I agree JR, he is really bad in interviews. I thought it was just about the whole coming out thing last time he was on Ellen, but I guess that is just who he is... which is also kinda cute =)
And thank Buddha for people like Tom Harkin!

Harkin for President. Or Vice under Hillary.

We get all upset, rightly so, about injustices against GLBT folks these days. But take yourself back in time just 25 years, to 1982. Can you imagine ANY high-ranking senator saying, on the record and on television, what Harkin said in that clip? We've come a long way, and we should be proud of him for standing up for us in a very respectful way. It tells me that we're on the right track, even though we've got a long way yet to travel.

I think he is SO cute!

Love him or hate him, but Clinton's spot-on here.

Harkin and Bill: Wow, just wow!
I miss Bill so much. I am so sick of the s*it-for-brains prez we have now.

Sakes alive! Jumping up and down in my chair applauding and whistling. Regulars know me to believe that Bill gets unfairly judged in many areas, but I am as stunned as I am grateful that, after playing nicey nice with Bush pere and too often with Bush fils, he so accurately and scathingly just bitch slapped the Bush Reich out of the park! I have never NEVER understood why decent Georgians let them get away with smearing Max Cleland the way they shamelessly did.
If Gore and Kerry had such balls one of them might be President now. And, among other things, nearly 4000 American soldiers and tens of thousands of Iraqis would still be alive.

Q. So TR, is life better after coming out?
A. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh........ No.
Posted by: anon (gmail.com) | Sep 27, 2007 11:17:41 PM
TR is so skinny, and he just cannot sit still. He keeps adjusting his butt, wiggling his foot, and pulling on his sleeve.
Maybe it's just he's not used to the glare of the media -- him being out now -- or maybe it's speed.

I can never forgive or forget Bill Clintons betrayal of us with DADT and DOMA, but he was spot-on with his condemnation of the Republicans fake outrage over MoveOn.orgs ad. As for TR Knight, I do not get him or particularly find him attractive, so who give s a frag what he does?

Dave,
Read the history of DADT and DOMA, then comment on how Bill handled them.

Bill Clinton is spot on with his critque about the Petraeus ad. I almost couldn't believe that Senate condemned clearly political speech in this fashion. Worse than the fact that it happened was that a significant number of Democratic senators actually joined in! So if yours did, write them and tell them what you think. G'day all.

I was wondering how long it would be before people started making bitchy comments about TR. That's what's great about us in the gay community, we criticize them for not being out then we act bitchy about them when they do.
TR is an actor, not a politician, not an inspirational speaker. He makes his living interpreting lines written by other people--and he does it very well. I think he's very cute and real in this interview.
