Show Vanquished Big Brother 10 Winner's Anti-Gay Feelings
[SPOILER WARNING]
For those of you who haven't watched, you won't be spoiled unless you watch the clip AFTER THE JUMP...
The winner of Big Brother 10 was announced last night, and a previous gay contestant from the show, Bunky, interviewed the winner and the other housemates post-show.
The winner says that before the show he was ignorant, but being around gay housemate Stephen taught him a lot. He also tells Bunky he'd be open to going to a gay bar: "I'd be there, but you guys have to be my bodyguards. [As far as the gay thing goes] I think Stephen respected me because I was curious about it. I didn't go in with a set mindset. Open communication. The more you're educated about something the less you're going to be prejudice and have a negative mindset."
The winning housemate needs to get a bit more education though, as he calls the "gay lifestyle" a choice.

I"m so sick of the choice versus inborn debate. We cares if it is a choice or not? Following that reason, women who seek an abortion shouldn't be allowed because it's a choice. Look, if someone believes they're making a choice to be gay or lesbian or transgender, they should have as much respect as someone who believes they were born that way. The freedom to live your life the way you wish to live it, as long as it respects other people's freedoms, should be a right and not some kind of geneetic test.

Honey, the "lifestyle" is a choice. Being a queer boy (or girl) is not.
