Write to CNN.com: their current video spotlight is on prop 8 with this sub-head: "California voters will be left to decide whether same-sex couples have a legal right to wed". Of course, the proposition seeks to contravene an already-decided legal right. This kind of inaccurate language is hurtful to the No campaign.
