Josh Hutcherson and Sam Claflin in 'Hunger Games' Bromance: VIDEO

Actress Jennifer Lawrence talks with Marc Malkin about life on the set of the Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire with Josh Hutcherson and Sam Claflin:

"[Sam] and Josh are in love," Lawrence told me last night at the special screening of her new movie, Silver Linings Playbook, at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Beverly Hills. "It's the most adorable thing I have ever seen in my entire life. They're crazy about each other and they're inseparable. It's incredible."

Claflin was not in the first film. He has been cast as Finnick Odair.

  6. How is this a "bromance"?

    Just saying more is possible.

  7. I had two male classmates in college, one was 27, the other 30, and they had an inseperable bromance. They always took every lunch and break together. They spent birthdays together. They hung out after school together and they would only talk to each other in class and ignore the other students. When the older one would comment in class, the younger one would giggle like an idiot, "Oh, you're sooo funny." One time, the older of the two couldn't make it to class, so the younger sat in his friend's chair. I asked him what he was doing and he said, "I like to use the outlet here for my computer." They were so obnoxious about it (several times a day, the younger one would stand up during class and walk over to his friend to show him something and they'd talk like school girls). Here's the best part - both of them talked about their fiancee's endlessly. It's funny how we never saw the younger one's fiancee. Never a photo, never met her in person, she never came to a school event. He sure talked about her enough.

  9. Well, I think this frivolous snippet (which I love) is worthy of internet hearts. <3

  10. Yes, I believe these guys are crazy about each other and it's sweeter than high heaven. Not even God, if he were so inclined, could put a stop to it or the power of any love that breaks out in our haunted world. I am totally inspired regardless of what direction it takes. But wouldn't it be lovely to see two such radiant fellows get married right out there in front of everyone.

  11. Now they're going to be asked about it in interviews, making them self-conscious, and that'll probably ruin it. Assuming they're straight, that is. Straight guys don't like to have their "bromances" pointed out, no matter how obvious they are.

  12. Hopefully Josh Hutcherson will handle it better than previous celebrities, considering he is quite the LGBTQ activist.

  13. Sheezh, they both happen to be porn material as well. Will definitely see the movie and follow the ensuing slash fanfic meme.

  14. I hate to bust your bubble, but her comments will be followed by a PDA with both of these twinks being 'involbed' with a 'beard' for Red Carpet events, so as to ally any hint that they are (god forbid)GAY! iF MY MEMORY SERVES ME RIGHT, Josh was in a big bromance with the other co-star of Hunger Games: Liam Hemsworth (of course, his PDA is still on track: Miley!) I think it is disingenuous of these guys to be 'gay friendly' (St8 but not narrow) when its obvious they are keeping their closet door tightly closed! Just say'en.

  15. @LISTEN UP You had two classmates in college who were 27 and 30? Where were you going to school?

  16. sometimes bromances are just bromances...dal with it!

  17. I'm sure it's just a bromance. In reality. In my mind, which is by far the more important arena, it's the prelude to a threesome with Bradley Cooper.

  18. Michael.
    What's your point?
