UPDATE: No major decisions today. Next possible date is Monday June 24.
SCOTUSblog posted a Vine invitation to its Supreme Court liveblog which is underway. The Court will issue some rulings today, any of which could be one of the big three cases – voting rights, affirmative action, and of course, marriage.
Opinions issued at 10am. SCOTUSblog will be on it here.
While you're waiting you may want to check out our legal editor Ari Ezra Waldman's two recent pieces on live after the SCOTUS ruling. In his most recent column, he looks at the complexities of 'federal marriage law' and what might happen if DOMA is overturned. And in his first, he looked at what might happen to civil unions and domestic partnerships.
And later this morning, he'll have a new column addressing what happens if there is no "standing" or "jurisdiction".
