Right-Wing Radio Host: Ebola Outbreak Could 'Solve' America's Problem with Homosexuality: AUDIO

WilesEnd Times radio host Rick Wiles, the insane right-winger claiming Miley Cyrus sold her soul to Satan and had sex with a demon, is back in the news saying an Ebola outbreak in the U.S. might actually be a good thing - provided it helps end America's tolerance of gays and non-believers.

Said Wiles:

“Now this Ebola epidemic can become a global pandemic and that’s another name for plague. It may be the great attitude adjustment that I believe is coming. Ebola could solve America’s problems with atheism, homosexuality, sexual promiscuity, pornography and abortion. If Ebola becomes a global plague, you better make sure the blood of Jesus is upon you..."

Later in the programming, Wiles spoke to Republican Rep. Frank Wolf (VA) about how Obama is allowing terrorists to cross the border by refusing to enforce immigration law.

89 days until Election Day folks...and the GOP is still catering to the craziest swath of the electorate.

Listen, AFTER THE JUMP...

  1. I guess he failed to notice that the two Americans who were infected with Ebola in Africa were Christian Missionaries there to help with the epidemic. Oooops!

  3. "the GOP Iis catering to the craziest swath of the electorate"?...that's what your doing as well by even putting this stuff on this website. This isn't news, it's hysteria, a religious ebola affecting almost no one and unworthy of an attention that merely spreads it. Bleh.

  4. "...you better make sure the blood of Jesus is upon you..."

Very poor choice of pious platitudes, under the circumstances.

  6. Mr. Wiles sure spends a lot of his time thinking about butt sex.

  8. and an atomic war would solve the problem of idiots like this. of course the rest of us would be collateral damage but, hey, it would be doing the earth a favor.

i'd ask where they come up with these ideas but it's clear they pull them out of their *sses!

  9. Ebola is God's punishment on Africans who have succumbed to the most pernicious and delusional forms of "evangelical Xtianity".

  10. You know what would happen if a radio host had said that "Ebola is the answer to eradicating false doctrines and getting rid of all those who encouraged, protected abusers of children, i.e. the Church?"

    Yeah.

Also, people need to stop believing that a 1950 mentality of politely dealing with bullies would help in any way; "Ignoring them", or "turning the other cheek" has in no way shushed them. And that is a known fact.

We need to publish their crazy, making sure they get embarrassed or even sued for their crazy; But most importantly, we need to let people understand that this brand of prejudiced crazy is in no way acceptable, making associating with their kind an absolute public shame.

  11. "Rick Wiles".....try to keep up.

    Try to learn something.
You and your bigoted scum are so ignorant it galls me.
A short time ago you already had your longed for plague. It targeted us even more than Ebola.
    But we are still here.
And now it looks like Ebola is targeting Christian Missionaries ! If it got rid of those locusts there would be some hope for Africa,

No, Rick, you've had your chance to kill us all; it didn't work.
Now what has you End Times god to say about his failure ?

  12. Wonder what would happen if any of his family members come down with it.

  14. Speaking about Satan; has anyone ever seen Wiles and Satan in the same place at the same time...???? I didn't think so.
The only thing scarier than this doofus is that there are people out there who believe this stuff he's selling.

  15. The US already has the cure, treatment, vaccine

    http://abcnews.go.com/Health/us-ebola-patients-experimental-serum/story?id=24835127

The 1st US ebola patient brought back from africa showed marked improvement within 1 hour of receiving the experimental treatment

Those that would suffer would be 3rd world, poor, religious countries

  16. These comments are not only UN-Christian, illogical, irrational and just plain stupid......but does this wing nut realize that Ebola can and does kill straight people too who are "believers"??!?! This kind of talk is not only hateful, but can almost be looked at as threatening!

    Posted by: Bernie | Aug 7, 2014 10:50:33 AM

  17. Or it could solve our problems with Christianity.

    Posted by: Daniel | Aug 7, 2014 11:15:45 AM

  18. Wow! It seems that accepting his form of Christianity might spare me from tornados, cancer, shark attacks, random gunshots, and even the Plague! Although his god has a history of really bad aim when it comes to delivering punishment, so hopefully he doesn't stand to close to an atheist when god gets pissed about something.

  19. ...wouldn't want the atheist to get hurt.

  20. Why are we giving this guy attention? This is exactly what he wants. Like that child getting attention for throwing a fit once ignor they lose.

    His comments says enough.

  21. Oh please! Stop the pearl clutching! If you are in the right and people are disagreeing with you, there's nothing wrong with wishing death on them. If you don't agree with me, please consider drinking bleach.

  22. Hey Troll-Who's-Obsessed-With-Me,
looking for another way to get through a thursday without being reminded of what a crushing embarrassment you are to your entire family, eh?

    :)

  23. I'm getting the impression he thinks it's spread through sexual contact. It can be but doesn't have to be spread that way, making it much more virulent.

    Posted by: anon | Aug 7, 2014 2:54:23 PM

  24. @Anon: Facts only get in the way of his beliefs. And he doesn't actually have to know anything about Ebola to form an opinion. You do know, Ignorance is Bliss?

    Posted by: SFRowGuy | Aug 7, 2014 4:54:50 PM

  25. Maybe Ebola can "solve" the problem of runaway fundamentalism!
