By Richard Horgan Los Angeles (Knewz) — The fourth annual “National Survey on LGBTQ Youth Mental Health” by the Trevor Project is the most expansive one yet, encompassing just under 34,000 LGBTQ youth across the United States ages 13 to 24. The main study findings are harrowing, with 45 percent of respondents saying they seriously considered suicide in the past year and 14 percent (4,760 individuals) stating they made an unsuccessful attempt.
