  1. What is frustrating for me, a football fan, is that Moss shows no respect for fans, coaches, players, or the game itself. He is a me-first player, and he always will be. Having said that, I don't think he should have been fined for the mooning incident, unless the NFL wants to fine all the schmucks in Green Bay who routinely moon the visiting team's bus.

What I do find irritating is that Moss's response to the fine was, "What's $10,000 to me? That don't mean shit." Well, yeah, it doesn't mean shit to him. But to the fans who scrape together money every year to attend his games, or the fans who scrape together money just to put food on the table, $10,000 is a lot of moolah. Yet Moss puts forth effort only when it pleases him to do so; when it doesn't, he plays halfheartedly or leaves the field early. He is, frankly, an asshole, and I would hate to be his teammate, his coach, or his fan.

  3. Mosshammer used to cruise around Munich in his big Rolls Royce, picking up trade. I saw him one night as I was leaving my friends' home. And he saw me. I would have no doubt that his picking up the wrong person has led to his oh-so-vivid demise.
