And Now for a Moment of Navel-Gazing
Towleroad has been nominated for a couple year-end blogging awards by which I'm very humbled. TR is among 15 excellent blogs nominated for the best LGBT blog by The Weblog Awards.
Rock the vote if you feel so inclined. Voting ends December 15.
Towleroad has also been nominated as Best Gay Urban Blog in the Urbs, Gridskipper's Urban Blogging Awards.

Before voting for you i checked out the competition... and found there wasn't any!
Did fall in love with Joe, maybe from shock at what he had to say about Brokeback Mountain... his perspective was one that i hadn't considered and can't completely agree with or entirely ignore.
Was thinking of dumping my cookies and voting for you again and again all night long... but that could take alot of time. If you'll pay me a minimum of ten hours @ $50/hr up front i might consider doing that... or take it out in trade? 8-o

There are several excellent sites nominated, "HisHolyNessDPope." Even though Towelroad has my vote and it's fantastic, it's against the spirit of the competition to denounce the others.

Andy--Towleroad is WAY better than the leading blogs with the most votes--the only difference is that they are pushing for votes. Tell you readers to vote daily!! You deserve it.
