The Tribe Will Soon Speak in Richard Hatch Trial
Closing arguments finished, Richard Hatch's fate is in the hands of the jury in his federal tax evasion trial. The Survivor winner faces a decision on ten counts and could serve 75 years in jail. On Friday, Hatch claimed that the Survivor producers agreed to pay the taxes on his winnings if he kept quiet that other contestants had cheated by sneaking food.

I'm so tired of hearing about that queen. Would someone please tell her to join the other reality show alums in the "your 15 minutes are long over" room? I don't think he deserves prison time for God's sake, but every time he opens his mouth I feel yucky.

I know 'shameless' has followed him through most of his career as a...whatever the fuck he is, but I think it's shameless how he kept changing his story about this tax thing. I read initially that he kept sending his accountant a revised tax form to see how much he would save if he didn't have to report certain incomes. Brazen really.
I didn't watch the first Survivor so when I read a gay guy won I thought it was a neat bit of trivia from the landscape of entertainment our society uses to passive-aggressively communicate with ourselves. I didn't give it another thought until I started hearing about him, saw him pimping himself all over the place and saw some of the episodes. Eeeks.
I have no problem with all types of gay personalities being exposed. We are as varied as straight people. But beyond that, he’s just an unappealing person all around.

I never watched "Survivor" (or any reality TV, for that matter), and just from the hype, press and interviews, I knew I never liked Hatch.
If they can send Martha up the river, Richard had better learn to like DRESSING in stripes and orange. Go ahead, just walk naked through the Federal Penn, "Bitch" will be the BEST name for you! I agree with Chad Hanging, Hatch's story has changed several times through the trial, and his history of dubious dealings may have finally caught up with the scum bag.
