Lance Bass and Pedro Andrade Call it Quits

Michael Musto reports in La Dolce Musto: "I just learned something far more devastating than the fact that nightlife has died again. Lance Bass has broken up with Brazilian hottie Pedro Andrade! Ain't no lie, Pedro, bye bye bye."
Meanwhile, Made in Brazil has uncovered the provenance of the beige, snap-up jumpsuit.

Say it isn't so
I am shoked I tell ya. just simply shocked!
We all know lance is a good judge of character and all via his choice of reichen (6 comited monogamous best lovers forever comitment marriage schtick) in the pas.
We all know Pedro is only interested in the heart, mind, and soul of a lover and never in the publicity he can get for a failed modeling career.
SHOCKED! The world is ending.
Goodbye and thanks for all the fish.

Was it the jumpsuit?
Posted by: Greg | Aug 23, 2007 8:46:38 AM
Yes, Greg. Yes it was.
Posted by: tom | Aug 23, 2007 8:54:44 AM
hahaha, I just saw this on 3 other blogs, and everyone's like, "He dumped him because of the jumpsuit!!!"

What's the point of blurring out the faces of the three guys in the picture when an unblurred version of the same picture can be found just a couple of stories down (Pedro Andrade working the jumpsuit)?

First it was Mickey's, then the Boom (again) and now this! I don't know about you guys but what other signs that the end of the world is near do you need?

Hey now! He might have just gotten off work!

With this kind of scrutiny can any relationship last? Fame is for the foolish!
Posted by: Giovanni | Aug 23, 2007 9:50:06 AM
Scandal! Typical fag, though. He changes boyfriends like I change underwear.
Posted by: John | Aug 23, 2007 9:54:23 AM
Geez people. Haven't you ever dated someone a for a couple months and then decided it wasn't going to work?

Lance Bass has been all over the gay scene in New York, from Chelsea to Hell's Kitchen and it is quite amusing to watch the slef-deluded star-struck gold-diggers who swarm around him like priests in a kindergarden, hoping to position themselves in his view, hoping they will get noticed. It is like being in the zoo.
My prediction is that Lance will eventually end up in a serious relationship with someone who is at least as famous and/or rich as he is, otherwise he would always wonder on the back of his mind if the person is with him for the right reasons.

Maybe it's just me. Does anyone honestly give a rat's a$$ what Lance Bass is doing in his life???
Posted by: ATLSteve | Aug 23, 2007 10:50:16 AM
I just KNOW Lance is gonna end up settling down with an older man in a boring profession like education or investment banking. I'm calling it now!
Posted by: josh | Aug 23, 2007 10:52:44 AM
I saw him at a club the other night and the Chelsea boys were literally BOMBARDING him, trying to catch his eye so that he'll date them and they can finally have their 15 minutes of tabloid fame.
This news will make a lot of gold-diggers VERY happy.

Nope, still don't care.
Posted by: David | Aug 23, 2007 11:00:51 AM
"He changes boyfriends like I change underwear."
This would be more accurate: "He changes underwear models like I change underwear."
Unless your underwear brand is Reichenroos.

See...this is why i probably could care less what Lance-NOT is doing in his life, I didn't even know he had dumped the one with a complicated last name...yeah...
Posted by: Shabaka | Aug 23, 2007 11:34:40 AM
If he's gonna date a model that's a slave to designer daring-do, then he should've chosen one direct from the Guido catalog...or maybe that was his point? Andrade just can't pull that shit off. Nope, no way, never. Meh.
That being said, I wonder when he'll get his publicist to publish his "BF Requirements" list and who's on the top priority side. This could get interesting. LOL.

Am I supposed to care because he's a pole smoker like me? Can we stop caring now?
Posted by: Snottyboy | Aug 23, 2007 1:16:49 PM
Lance, call me!
Ha!
The Chelsea boys are always running after me too, but I don't understand why they're holding cans of Raid.

Can we agree to never again use the phrase, "I could care less"? It is a solecism. It only makes sense if one says, "I could NOT care less." I don't know why this irks me so much.
And by the way, it's "derring-do," not "daring-do." OK, there's the bell. It's time for recess. lol.

What does Lance do? Send out a press relief every time he breaks up with someone?
Also, if you don't care about an item on Towleroad DON'T READ IT. I don't care if you don't care--I DON'T WANT TO KNOW IF YOU DON'T CARE. And, if you don'd care, WHY TAKE THE TIME TO POST? Just go read something you do care about.
Posted by: db | Aug 23, 2007 8:01:07 PM
Does it really matter? Who cares? If you have to follow the woes of Lance Bass, you need to get a life.
Posted by: Pel | Aug 23, 2007 8:02:56 PM
And if you are posting about stories you don't care about you need to get a life.
Posted by: db | Aug 23, 2007 8:09:41 PM
Exactly. Obviously you DO care, PEL, otherwise you wouldn't have taken time out of your day to read the post and then type a reply. Idiot.

What a suprise..

Now come on guys... Lance's "Dates and relationships" are no more meaningful than a night out at the baths... Although I do prefer the bath towels over the jumpsuit myself. Now onward to the end of the world... Anybody for a steam???
