  1. I'm so glad to see Ace Of Base getting some much-deserved attention. I hope that all of the powerful media folks who read this blog will start calling up AOB and asking them to come stateside for a tour - even if it's packaged as a '90s nostalgia trip or a reunion tour, which would be a misnomer since they never toured the US even in the mid-'90s. Then again, Linn (the blonde), stopped touring with the band because of her fear of flying in the late '90s - so maybe it could be billed as a reunion!

  2. ACE OF BASE NEEDS TO COME TO NEW YORK.

How freaking awesome would it be for a Spice Girls reunion to be followed immediately by an Ace of Base revival...?

Sigh, I need to be kicked in the face.

  3. LONG LIVE ACE OF BASE! Forget Nirvana -- they were the best band of the '90s!

  5. I donated some money to the GLBT Iraqi organization... if anyone needs safe houses it's these people. Click up there and show them some love.

  6. I really think the issue of the Iraqi safe houses deserves a more prominent position on this site.

  7. With all those odd talk show appearances last week, it seems more and more probable that Jake Gooberballs is indeed a homosexual. He should just come out already!

  8. Whatever, how where Jake's talk show appearances odd? Because he told a few jokes? Did you really expect him to come out on Jonathan Ross or Regis and Kelly? Otherwise, I don't see how that means he is gay or that he needs to come out?

  9. Is it just me or what is the big scream over Jake Gyllenhaal? He's not even handsome - can't act worth a damn...come on. Not even worth a bit of spit on my hand and a slide on the stick.

  10. TYINTENN, there are people, like myself, who do think Jake is a very good actor, good looking and seems like a really good guy. Different strokes for different folks.

  11. I wonder how people would react if a fatwa had been declared on Jake Gyllenhaal?

  12. The object falling from the sky is surely an omen for the upcoming stage production of "Donnie Darko" in Boston. You see it all links back to Jake.

  13. What did Ace of Base do? I must have missed something.

That must have been the year I had my entire memory wiped out by all the xanax (plus trips to rehab)...

Speaking of Amy Winehouse, gotta love that girl...she's a wreck! Just waiting to hear the news that she's overdosed and dead in a gutter somewhere (how glamorous).

  14. STUPID FAGS!

Of all the fluff in the above post, there is one story which should have generated the most comments, it is the outrageous sentence of two gay men to death by lashing. Yet most of you decided to comment on irrelevant crap about jake and Ace of Base.

It just shows how shallow and apathetic most faggots are in this city and I suspect all over America. There was probably not a single protestor at the Saudi embassy in the US
