L.A. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa Reaffirms Same-Sex Marriages at Rally


L.A. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa gave a powerful speech about marriage equality and renewed the vows of gay and lesbian married couples at a rainy Eve of Justice rally last night in Los Angeles marking today's Supreme Court challenge to the constitutionality of Proposition 8.

  1. Good for him, but I'd respect/trust him a lot more if he hadn't hosted and publicly praised Rick "Gays Equal Incest/Pedophila" Warren a couple of weeks ago in LA.

  4. a terrific mayor who has always stood by our side, and not just in a passive manner. He's been a vocal Latino American leader who makes great strides in informing minority groups that gays too are a struggling minority group seeking the same rights and happiness we all deserve. He's also attended many Pride events and functions nearly annually. Glad we relected him too.
