Carrie Prejean Topless Photo #2 Hits: This Time She's Not Smiling
A second topless photo of Miss California Carrie Prejean (similar to the first) hit the web the day after TMZ revealed that Prejean had lied to pageant organizers about the existence of any other shots:
"TMZ has obtained an email Carrie sent to Keith Lewis, Co-Executive Director of Miss California USA. The email, sent yesterday, refers to the topless photo of her circulating on the Internet. The email reads: 'This was when I was 17 years old. I was a minor. It was when I was first getting into the modeling world, being naive, and young. I shouldnt (sic) have taken the photo of me in my underwear. There are no other photos of me. This was the only one I took.'"
TMZ claims that they have seen four photos of the Miss USA runner-up, who has been waging a campaign against same-sex marriage since her answer to a question about it at the Miss USA pageant catapulted her into the spotlight.
TMZ reports: "We told Keith Lewis about the 4 photos. His reaction: 'I'm absolutely stunned. This completely changes things for us. Yesterday we thought she had explained things accurately. We need to revisit this issue with her.'"
Today, TMZ reports on the possible origins of Prejean's views on gays, citing papers in her parents' divorce, which they say went on for years:
"In one of the docs, Carrie's dad describes a confrontation he had with her mom in 1996, in which he recounts an argument in a restaurant parking lot, where 'Ms. Prejean accused me, in front of our daughter, of homosexuality.' The papers also quote a court-appointed doctor who said 'The mother questioned [within hearing of the girls] whether [her father] was a homosexual or had a homosexual roommate.' Carrie's mom says the 'gay' allegations went both ways. In court papers dated May 16, 2000, a report from the court-appointed counselor says 'The mother also alleges the father told the girls their stepfather was gay, that all men with mustaches are gay.' The father's response: 'The father acknowledges talking with the girls about the stepfather's brother being gay, not the stepfather.' Also in the docs -- a handwritten letter from Carrie's older sister, in which she recounts a weekend stay with her dad: 'One time my sister & I went in the hallway of my dad's apartment, & his roommate's door was open all the way & we saw [the roommate] in bed with another man. I don't think it's right for my sister & I to have to live that way.'"

Hello paging Jerry Springer. How predictable! Where there is homophobia, there's unresolved gay issues in the family.

Of course I don't agree with her views on same-sex marriage, but does anyone deserve this slow drip campaign of her photos coming out.
Some may say that she deserves this, but this seems to give more fuel to the 'victim' aspect of her supporters and doesn't exactly seem very mature. I'd rather discredit my opponent based on logic, not on stupid almost-nude photos

No, Andy, seriously - stop writing about her.

Between the bad weave and fake boobs, is there anything real about this chick?
Posted by: Sebastian | May 7, 2009 10:53:28 AM
Surprise, surprise...she's a liar! Does this at all surprise anyone? I don't think it should. She will find a way to explain this away and the right wing people will say that WE and the Liberal Media are waging a war against her.

Carrie Prejean is one screwed up woman

Come on, do we really need to know all the details of her parents divorce? My animosity towards her aside, I don't think we need to go this far... Why don't we let HER continue to dig herself a hole. She's been doing a pretty good job of it. And CHUCK is right, this will start making her out to actually be a victim...

So let me get this straight. She tries to defend herself by saying that these photos were taken when she was a minor. Where were her "opposite married" parents? How could they allow their minor dauthter to pose nude? Did she consult with Jesus before posing nude or getting fake boobs? This is just more of the "do as I say, not as I do" BS from the wing nuts who use the Bible as a smokescreen to shield their amoral behavior (think Bristol Palin preaching abstinence). I love that her hypocricy keeps being exposed.

wait, her parents are divorced???
oh, the delicious irony

Okay, I know it's not 100% scientific, but after close analysis of Carrie Prejean's highlights and the outgrowth of her previously lightened base haircolor in the topless photos alongside the photos taken as she was entering the Miss California pageant system, I am fairly confident that she was NOT a minor when the topless photos were taken. Can someone research the pink panties? Ha! ;-)

It's really incredible how effective gay advocates have been at destroying this woman's reputation. Between the information about her boob job, the drip-drip of the release of her scandalous photos with angry press releases from the Miss CA organization in between each, and now this stuff about her parents' divorce... "No More Mr. Nice Gay" is right. If you fuck with equal rights, the velvet-covered sledgehammer will fall.

Oh dear.

I'm tired of hearing Gays are after her! She doesn't trust Gays with marriage, why would she trust Gays with her nude photos? This pictures are leaking from her own circle (probably a straight bunch as she is not found of Gays). Stop blaming her shortcomings on us, when we are merely reporting and commenting on what we see as hypocrisy.

Stop it. Is anyone seriously considering this photo a nude? I see worse in Victoria's Secret catalogs. People have a right to be gay and people haver a right to believe that gays don't have a right to same sex marriage. This is so obviously a witch hunt you'd have to be a retard not to see it.

That explains her haterd for gay people. I was thinking that all her talk about how she was raised to believe in marriage that her parents where still married, but this shows what a bitch she really is and not only are her parents divorced but they frequently used "gay" as something evil or horrible. This woman is really a gross disgusting hypocrite.

I don't understand why these photos are coming out one at a time like this. It does seem rather purposeful.

Robert - You don't see us making commercials against "Opposite Marriage"! do you? Nor are we defaming or making things up as we go. Get over yourself.
Posted by: Rafael | May 7, 2009 11:55:20 AM
Yea people have a right to be racists too but we don't tiptoe around their feelings now do we?
Posted by: Wes | May 7, 2009 12:05:30 PM
Well said, Wes.

An attack on gay marriage is really an attack on homosexuality. It is just a cover.
Just like when you hear a straight person say they don't have anything against gay people but they would rather that we not show affection with each other when children are present.
What we as a community are clearly saying is that if you mess with us we will fight back. Our strengh is our voice and our action. We REFUSE to be play victims to those who would prevent us from the rights of all Americans.
Do you think any beauty contestant in the future will say something like this again? Do you think that some people are now saying it is not worth fighting the gays as they don't give up.
This is no longer the 50's and 60's when we were afraid to speak out. Get use to it America.

I don't agree with Robert.
If the present "Miss California" wishes to stop me to being an equal citizen under the law, I am happy to see, report on, and share information on her several layers of hypocrisy.
Maggie Gallagher's rush to embrace her, and continued face-saving defenses of Ms. Prejean, become especially interesting as more hypocrisy and dishonesty and breastal action all get revealed.
Bring it on! I'm waiting for the tape of her having premarital sex (sex-before-opposite-marriage) in church!

I'm glad that Andy posted this article. Now I learned that in Carrie Prejean's mind, gay equals failed marriage. She must think that gayness destroyed her happy family. Mommy and Daddy aren't together anymore because the devil brought gayness into their marriage.

Maybe I'm the only one, but I will admit I am enjoying watching her crash and burn and Maggie Gallagher squirm. The last clip of Maggie G. on tv (the Larry King show), she did not look so smug this time. The other side has lost a few rounds now, and I think they are losing what they thought was the moral high ground. I think they are scared.
I think this sordid Prejean affair
has helped expose these folks for what they are. If we are going to keep winning, we have to be willing to fight back. The polite campaign against Prop. 8 here in California is a lesson learned I hope. These people will stop at nothing to deny us our civil rights (witness the new lies about the hate crimes bill now in Congress).
We have to be willing to stand up! It seems to me Ms. Prejean thought nothing of saying we don't deserve equal rights. She felt very safe and comfortable saying we don't deserve the same rights she enjoys.
She assumed we would not fight back. If I make such statements about others I would assume they would fight back. If I throw a punch, I should not be surprised to get punched back.
None of this would be happening if she had not tried to smear us and play the doe eyed virgin.
I have spent far too many years putting up with these folks. We don't have to look too far back to to recall the price we have paid for not defending ourselves and calling these people what they are: liars and bullies. Some of us have paid with our lives. ENOUGH!
I have found the best way to stop a bully is to defend yourself. This crowd won't stop until we make them stop.

Oh my!

Hmmm, after careful thought I retract my previous statement. Bring it on!
