Are gay people in Maine going to hide until after the election just like gay people in California did during the Prop 8 campaign? You have to fight for your rights which means you have to do work like talking to Mainers, phonebanking (you can do that from your home anywhere), making NO on Question 1 videos and posting them online, twittering, writing to Maine newspapers etc.

I hope Maine pushes back harder than we did in California. These ads full of lies ran in California for weeks without anyone from the NO side addressing them - you have get the truth out there right away and let these lies sink in!
