  2. Zinnia, if you're reading this, you are definitely on the right track with your on-camera presentation. You're much more relaxed and comfortable and getting just the right amount of animation. Camera work is not easy and good for you for getting better at it all the time.

    You're smart, you're right, and it's important that people hear you. You are also attractive and fascinating and you're getting how you can get that to work for you. You don't have to change who you are to make us want to listen to you, you just have to invite us in -- and I totally feel that happening with this video.

  4. Well, these were a depressing batch youtube videos today... good picks, but depressing.

    I listened to Queen's Wembley concert today in tribute. All these years later and still we haven't seen anyone quite like Freddie Mercury, and we probably never will.
