Watch: Colbert Takes On Perry's Anti-Gay Christmas Ad
Rick Perry thought he was pretty slick when he released a campaign commercial attacking gay servicemembers and the President's so-called "war on religion."
But his advertorial efforts totally backfired and totally became a joke. Now Stephen Colbert's getting in on the action: the comedian last night "defended" Perry's position and celebrated Christmas by having two Santas lock lips.
Watch another great take-down from faux conservative Colbert, AFTER THE JUMP.

Sometimes Colbert is more crude than clever. This was crass and overdone. The kissing, groping Santas went on way too long. Yuk. Click.

LOL....Crude and clever and overdone, but not as overdone and Rick Perry's fecking ad.

Crude and overdone seem appropriate, given the ad and the man who inspired it. Perry and his ilk don't understand subtlety. Colbert has once again done a great job of making obvious the stupidity of the religious (or at least pretending to be religious) right.

Daily Beast TV segment commentator predicted Perry will be caught with a rent boy. We're starting to label anti-gay behavior as closeted gay- and we're correct. Truly straight guys (Colbert, for one) have no problem with gays doing their thing. When will yahoos like Perry realize their slip is showing and shut the hell up?

Rob--Perry getting caught with a rent boy would be my Christmas dream come true.. :)
