Romney Dances Around the Issues, Say Dems in New 'Horse' Ad: VIDEO
The Democrats released a peppy ad this morning that features the Olympic sport of "horse dancing" paired with remarks from Romney dodging questions about his tax returns.
Writes Politico: "The Romneys have a horse, Rafalca, competing in the games....Both this and the Obama campaign's TV ad over the weekend... fall into the category of material that's both plainly negative and also designed to rattle the opposing candidate."
Watch, AFTER THE JUMP...

I have an IRA and I'm constantly being sent prospectuses that I take a glancing look at and have absolutely no idea what to make of them--finance, to me, is a totally other universe. However, Romney, who owns, operates, was CEO and COO and major stock owner of Bain Capitol has a blind trust that he knows nothing of the operation of. Republicans are majorly stupid, delusional, and koolade-drinking if they buy into Mittens (unfortunately, he's the only option for them) lies. I'd be ashamed of myself if I were them.

Comparable to "That dog don't hunt!" ad against John Kerry? Seems when it comes to an election, both parties want to charge the other with being elitist.

Doesn't one of his sons run part of his "blind trust?" Do they not talk?

Where's the ad about the Obama bundler who raised 500 thousand dollars for his campaign and was rewarded with 500 million dollars of taxpayer's money for corporations he worked for as an "advisor"? They even had a funny clip of the guy saying on camera: "What Obama's for? That's what I'M for!" Yes, the Prez is so pure and virginal in all things financially sleaze.

It's a bout goddamned time the Democrats come out swinging.
After sitting through 12 years of mealy mouthed crap, it's time to really fight and stop letting the Republicans control the conversation.
Fear works both ways.

this is very funny, should go national with this one

Markus - without backup or citations of these "claims" I'll just heap you onto the troll pile. You're wrong. One is not as bad as the other. This isn't a "tit for tat" conversation. You don't win because you "think" Obama has done something other than the tax document issue at hand.
Find another way to try to steer the conversation away from the topic.
Now back to "where are Romney's tax documents.

romney took a $77,000 business deduction / tax break on the dancing horse
talk about welfare/free stuff for the 1%

Speaking of bundlers . . . Why won't Romney release the names of his?? Obama has. Romney is exactly part of the problem. As a resident of Massachusetts I witnessed his arrogance and sense of entitlement first hand. He will say or do whatever it takes to get elected. He seems to believe that as a rich white guy it is his divine right to be President. He dodges questions about his wealth and his supporters because the truth would illustrate how the 1% truly control this country.

I feel almost sorry for the Republicans at this point. You know they're watching these ads in horror, talking among themselves: "Wait, the Democrats are actually FIGHTING BACK? They're coming out swinging with brass knuckles and giving as hard as they normally get? That's not right! They're supposed to roll over and whimper and take it in the shorts, because we say so!" Then they take to the airwaves and speak in grieved tones about "Chicago-style politics" and how "un-presidential" all this is. This, after 3+ years of obstructionism and openly crowing that they'd make Obama "a one-term President." Obama is going after Romney exactly like the Republicans went after Kerry in 2004, with the infamous Swift Boat Veterans. I hope Karl Rove is crapping his pants in terror.

There are some basic facts, Obama will win CA, NY, and a dozen other states.
Romney will win TX, WY, AL, AK, AR and a dozen other states.
So no need to go national, all of the ad money will be spent in swing states: NC, VA, FL, OH, IA, WI, CO, MI

You know that ad would be a whole lot funnier if in the last sequence the horse took an enormous dump. But I suppose the Repubs would call that unfair.

Boy, this is going to get under Mitten's skin! Wonderful!

his son does not run one of the blind trusts...one of the trusts invested in them...still not good considering other "oddites" concerning Ann and Mittens trusts and their uncoordinated, coordination actons that have taken place
