Major Sale: Mitt Romney Campaign Merchandise

RomneyMerchandise

This picture, found at CNN, really is worth a 1,000 words.

In case you can't make out the fine print, the 60% off sale, being held at a store in DC's Reagan National Airport, applies only to Romney merchandise.

  1. I passed through Reagan Airport last year and was amazed by all the Tea Party inspired anti-Obama merch in one specific souvenir shop. The (black) sales lady and I commiserated quietly about how racist and disrespectful the stuff was.
She said the owner of the shop "Is a big Republican." At least the sales lady had a job.
I hope the owner takes a huge write down on all that crap. I suspect there's not much of a market for Romney memorabilia.
    Gobama.

  4. They are taking a "Romney" loss...but nothing like the loss that the Koch brothers have taken.

  5. Send it to Africa, like they do with the merch for the team that loses the Super Bowl.

  6. Someone needs to smack that smirk off Romney's face. Let it be me.

  7. That crap wouldn't even make usable landfill - too poisonous to the environment.

  8. oh i LOVE a sale....

a friend in LA just picked up a Romney mask - real nice quality, prob made in China. Cost $1. Funny thing is it was dated back to 2007, teehee.

  9. WHO would buy that stuff even at 60% off?

I'm not saying that because it's Romney (well, not *just* because it's Romney), but because it's dated material. The moment he lost it became worth less than whatever it's printed on, obsolete.

It just occurred to me that we just narrowly avoided seeing a set of Franklin Mint commemorative Mitt Romney plates. *shudder*

  10. I agree it says a lot. It says a lot more that you didn't really add to it. I wonder what the discount "only" applies to Romney stuff means? Do they honestly think that all the Romney fans would suddenly want Obama stuff? Or that the Obama stuff is suddenly worth anything now that the race is over???

  14. OK people, time to drop the "Reagan" bit, it's Washington National Airport, originally named for a slightly more important president, except in the minds of delusional Repugnicans

  15. Sorry Onnyjay, but that is the official name of the airport. We may disagree, but it only makes you look petty. If a Republican didn't want to to call it "Kennedy" airport would you feel the same? Can't have it both ways sunshine.

  16. It will all be "Made in China" crap anyway. Did you all see the picture doing the rounds before the election.
The Obama campaign shirt label said "Made in USA" and the Romney one said "Made in China". They didn't even try to hide it.

He got what he deserved. He sold out the American people so many times to amass his billions. It was karma the American people sold him out on election day.

  19. I am not sure if this is the best solution.
