  1. Kenji's a cutie--except that frozen smile.

He also talks through his teeth like that old fashioned stereotype of a Yalie--the way Buckley used to talk.

But I wouldn't push him out of bed for it.

  2. Are conservative gayhaters really going to go before the court and argue against states rights today? Oh how the tables have turned! I can't wait to hear their pathetic arguments today for upholding DOMA

Thanks for adding substance to the conversation. Something that really needed to be commented on.

  4. Scalia is embarrassing himself. Is he just choosing to disregard the reality that a LOTTTTTTTT of gay couples have their own biological children?

Vocal production a legitimate topic. If Yoshino wants to stay in the law library and write, his speech doesn't much matter. But the man is pursuing broadcast opportunities. He can and should improve his speech. He presents himself as an expert and his substandard speech undermines his authority.

  6. I love the Jabba-the-Hutt-style drawing of Scalia. Perhaps that can be his official portrait from now on.
