  1. "HBO renews Getting On."

This is good news for Looking, which gets about the same ratings.

  2. @Crispy - Let's hope. But having watched a couple of episodes of "Getting On" I'd say the show's production costs have to be far, far lower than Looking's. As I recall, the entire shows I saw took place in one studio, hospital set, with absolutely no location filming.

  3. @Regnerus' theory that straight men will stray and have anal sex because of gay marriage.
I knew it! This must be the real reason this dude is so obsessed with gay marriage. He's crazy mad for butt sex. He all but came out with the fact that he's thinking about it all the time.
Poor guy, his collection of enormous sphincter widening dildos must not be doing it for him anymore.
I can't believe his course studies didn't require him to take first year psychology because he really put his fist in his ass this time.

  4. "Anti-gay researcher Mark Regnerus: Same-sex marriage will grant straight men "permission to stray", have anal sex"

If I were a straight man I believe I would look elsewhere for my leadership than Mark Regnerus. He gives so little value to the bond of straight relationships after all, since there are so many straight men desperately needing this excuse to stray.

I don't think Mark realizes that women have an anus too.

  6. Thanks so much for your tireless work, Regenerus. Obviously, straight men NEVER had affairs or stuck their d*cks into b*tts until homosexuals came along and granted them permission to do so!

  7. @Steve: LOL!
I am having a hard time believing that Regnerus can at all be taken seriously at any institution of higher learning. He is just absurd -- and his anti-science, anti-intelligence, anti-logic, anti-education religious views are surely negatively affecting his ability to do legitimate research or (god forbid) be a serious teacher/scholar. Why hasn't he been fired yet? Perhaps he is just a performance artist doing a very extended piece pointing out the flaws and shallowness in opposite-sex marriage?

  8. Well, the idea that it's a "study" is much studying does it take to pull idiotic presumptions out of one's straying a** anyways?

  9. Since when have straight men needed gay marriage as an excuse for cheating on their wives. Geezz.. get a spine. Id straights are so concerned about protecting marriage:

    1. Don't divorce
    2. Don't cheat
    3. If you really want butt sex, ask your wife to peg you

If you can't do 1, 2 and 3, then maybe you should think about "redefining" straight marriage. Gay marriage ain't gonna hurt your doomed marriage.

  10. who's gonna tell Regnerus that they do that now? just because they have penises...

  11. Hmm... that bit about the National Review didn't appear in what was sent to my feed reader.

And I knew about Xq28 back in the early '90s... it was even in my email signature. I managed to recruit a total of one person to my Xq28 group.

  13. Why is there a story about Miley Cyrus but nothing about this- which is going to the governor's desk in Arizona THIS WEEK? FAIL!!!

  14. Of course the African newspaper that posted the story about Keko will not allow supportive comments on their story. They only allow anti-gay comments.

  15. I gather the story about the fake hommophobe parent slipped by everyone. As I recall, there was much to be said when the story first broke.
