NBC News reporter Luke Russert just tweeted this photo of Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) testing out Google Glass's capabilities to zap gay marriage.

This was at a weekly House Republican meeting on Wednesday morning.

Michele Bachmann Calls for 'Spiritual Warfare' Against Gay Marriage: VIDEO

Demonic_bachmann

To go along with yesterday's clip of Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) delivering a hysterical sermon about how 9/11 and Benghazi were God's wrath, here's a new one unearthed by Right Wing Watch in which she calls on Christians to engage in "spiritual warfare" to fight gay marriage.

She gave this speech in mid-April at the Liberty Counsel's 'Awakening' conference.

Says Bachmann in the clip:

You see if we retreat from our values and fail to make the case on issues like marriage – because it is one man, one woman – because God said it is. Not because it’s poll tested – because God said it is. And life – not because it’s poll tested, because God stands for life. He made us in his image and likeness. And if we tread too softly on issues, like taking on Islamic jihad, and if we fight too timidly, and if we strive too meekly, then I think we all understand we very easily could come face to face with defeat, and then our nation would in fact pay a great and a lasting price, one that none of us wants to face.

...

Because we need to recognize the desperate situation of our condition, not only in the natural but also in the supernatural. Because as the scripture was read from the pulpit at Margaret Thatcher’s funeral, we fight not against this world, we fight against the powers and principalities and 'Prince of the Air,' that’s where we need to focus as well, is on spiritual warfare…

Michele Bachmann Tweets That She's Still 'Proud' of the Anti-Gay Marriage Amendment She Pushed in Minnesota

Twitter_bachmann

Michele Bachmann tweeted shortly before the Minnesota senate began their debate on marriage equality today:

"I’m proud to have introduced the original traditional marriage amendment, and I thank all Minnesotans who have worked so hard on this issue."

She has not yet tweeted about the result of today's vote in favor of marriage equality.

Michele Bachmann Cries Out in Religious Fervor, Says Benghazi and 9/11 Were God's Judgment: VIDEO

Prayer_bachmann

Last week at an event at the U.S. Capitol organized by birther Joseph Farah, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) re-upped her wingnut cred with this display of insanity:

It’s no secret that our nation may very well be experiencing the hand of judgment. It’s no secret that we all are concerned that our nation may be in a time of decline. If that is in fact so, what is the answer? The answer is what we are doing here today: humbling ourselves before an almighty God, crying out to an almighty God, saying not of ourselves but you, would you save us oh God? We repent of our sins, we turn away from them, we seek you, we seek your ways. That’s something that we’re doing today, that we did on the National Day of Prayer, it’s something that we have chosen to do as well on another landmark day later this year on September 11. Our nation has seen judgment not once but twice on September 11. That’s why we’re going to have ‘9/11 Pray’ on that day. Is there anything better that we can do on that day rather than to humble ourselves and to pray to an almighty God?

She may be doing more than that later today after Minnesota's vote on marriage equality.

Poet Rips Michele Bachmann in Amazing Spoken Word Slam: VIDEO

Demulder

Sierra DeMulder, finalist in the 2013 Women of the World Poetry Slam, performs during the one minute round in WOWPS prelims in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a searing blast of Michele Bachmann.

I transcribed it so you can follow along. You'll probably be watching more than once.

Watch, AFTER THE JUMP...

Your husband owns a clinic that offers to cure homosexuality for up to $10,000 a year. So when you, Representative Bachmann, refused to acknowledge the bullying of gay students in your district, this must have been strictly business.

When another gay teenager commits suicide in Minnesota, you consider this free advertising. You buy a new necklace for every hanging, a bottle of Merlot for each overdose, your husband sends 'thank you' cards to their funeral, hand-signed, all referrals welcomed.

How could we expect you to take a stand against bullying when it helps pay for your mortgage, when it puts food in your children's belly? One day, your youngest daughter will ask you why her school supplies feel like they belong to someone else, her pencils write names that are not hers, Samantha, Nick, Aaron, Kevin. Tell her the truth Michele, that blood money is not a metaphor, that your wallet is heavy with those who have untied themselves. Tell your daughter that God is the bully with the biggest fist and you can only hope that he is on your side!

Michele Bachmann Won't Back Up CPAC Lies She Told About Obama, Runs from CNN: VIDEO

Bachmann

Michele Bachmann fled CNN reporter Dana Bash when she tried to ask about claims she made over the weekend at CPAC about White House expenses, trying to turn the conversation back to Benghazi.

Watch, AFTER THE JUMP...

What did Bachmann say at CPAC?

"A new book is out talking about the perks and the excess of the $1.4-billion-a-year presidency that we're paying for. And this is a lifestyle that is one of excess. Now we find out that there are five chefs on Air Force One. There are two projectionists who operate the White House movie theater. They regularly sleep at the White House in order to be readily available in case the first family wants a really, really late show. And I don't mean to be petty here, but can't they just push the play button? We are also the ones who are paying for someone to walk the president's dog, paying for someone to walk the president's dog? Now, why are we doing that when we can't even get a disabled veteran into the White House for a White House tour? That isn't caring!"
