Neil Cavuto interviewed Michele Bachmann on Wednesday over a "waste of time" lawsuit planned by John Boehner and House Republicans against President Obama for using executive power on issues that they have blocked in Congress.
Said Cavuto, who grew more and more outraged at Bachmann as the discussion went on: "Where was your rage when Democrats were going after President Bush on the same use of executive orders, because I think you knew then that that was a waste of time then and I think you know in your heart of hearts this is a waste of time now."
"You're being silly," Cavuto asserted.

Continuing her modus operandi of conservative craziness, Michele Bachmann took to the House floor to speak against the National Women's History Museum to be built on the National Mall.
I believe ultimately that this museum, which will be built on the National Mall, on federal land, will enshrine the radical feminist movement that stands against the pro-life movement, the pro-family movement, and the pro-traditional marriage movement.
After her "cursory review" of the museum's online exhibits, Bachmann is convinced that the museum is not only redundant given that there are already 20 National Women's History Museums across the nation, but will also become an ideological shrine to abortion.
Bachmann was in the under 10% that voted against the creation of the museum and the House overwhelmingly passed the Commission to Study the Potential Creation of a National Women's History Museum Act of 2013 (H.R. 863) by a vote of 383-33.

That's what a new book titled Double Down claims the Republican Congresswoman said to herself after she quit her failed presidential bid in 2012.
The Huffington Post has published an excerpt from the book:
Sitting in her campaign bus, in the same seat where she cried with joy
in August, she now sobbed over her drubbing. “God, I’m a loser,”
Bachmann said. “God, I turn people off.” With two debates ahead in New
Hampshire, some of her advisers thought she should consider staying in
the race. Bachmann wanted no part of it. Let’s draft a withdrawal speech
for tomorrow, she said.
Double Down focuses on the 2012 presidential campaign and will apparently give a fair amount of attention to Bachmann and her campaign. The book will be released on Tuesday.
If you want to revisit that speech, which took place right after the Iowa caucuses, watch it, AFTER THE JUMP.

In Saturday Night Live's cold open last night, Miley Cyrus from the past (left) came to warn present day Miley Cyrus that her MTV VMAs performance was going to cause the U.S. government to shut down.
But the shutdown jokes did not stop there.
In a subsequent skit, Cyrus and the SNL cast spoofed her hit video "We
Can't Stop" with a Republican party version called "We Did Stop (The Government)" and
Cyrus took on the role of an out-of-control Michele Bachmann, partying
with House Speaker John Boehner.
