A gay Iranian faces deportation from Britain after a judge rejected his asylum request. The Iranian man claims he is in danger because authorities in that country discovered a tape of the man kissing another man. Iran recently executed two young gay men in that country and two more executions are scheduled for the end of August. The UK’s Pink News reports that it is believed “some four thousand gay men have been executed for their sexuality in Iran since their Islamic Revolution of 1979.”
