After living in New York City for nearly two years my great sublet situation has come to an end. It's time for me to find a new home and ‘world headquarters' for Towleroad. Anybody know how to work a miracle?
Given the grueling process one must endure in this city to find a new place to live, I'm hoping one of you well-informed, resourceful Towleroad readers has a line on that rarest of finds – an available, livable, affordable (that would be blogger affordable, not investment banker affordable) New York apartment. This is somewhere I'll be living and working, so you'll be doing me and Towleroad a tremendous service!
I'm going to do the best I can to stay in Manhattan, but I'm willing to consider all options. And I need to move by November 1st.
So if you happen to be renting an apartment or know someone looking for a great tenant, have any hot tips, suggestions, or a vacant, rent-controlled penthouse on Central Park West you've been waiting to let cheaply to a hard-working, creative guy, please email me at nyc@towleroad.com.
