  2. I am so glad that NYU student asked the question. Who cares if the wife was in attendance? After what Scalia's been doign and saying, he deserves this stuff thrown back at him.

  3. Well, I think the point was that the question was unworthy of an answer. It displayed the point that what goes on in private between two consenting adults should be private. The answerless answer fullfilled the point beautifully.
