Supreme Court announcement moved up to take focus off of Rove. Also, here's the law the CIA says was broken in the Plame case. Seems not just the name, but offering any information that would identify a CIA operative, makes one liable for prosecution: "Whoever, having or having had authorized access to classified information that identifies a covert agent, intentionally discloses any information identifying such covert agent to any individual not authorized to receive classified information."
Mercury Music prize shortlist announced...prize goes to best British album of the last year.

I'd vote for Kaiser Chiefs or KT Tunstall. Coldplay have a great record, but why let them hog all the fame?

So we were to be left with O'Connor's replacement hanging in the balance until, when, the start of the new term in October just so the loony left could carp about the Rove non-story unimpeded by other news for another few months?
