Intelligent Design
The book cover designer of After You've Blown It: Reconnecting with God and Others, a Christian tome about finding faith again after too much sinning, took the title way too seriously and dreamed up this fellatio-driven landscape.
The publishers weren't turned on by it and converted the protuberance to a more solid cliff.
