road.jpg Phi Delta Gamma fraternity at University of Vermont suspended for alleged Brokeback Mountain hazing incident. Paper: "The investigation by university police has just begun but preliminary reports alleged that fraternity members required pledges to wear cowboy clothes in a theme inspired by the movie 'Brokeback Mountain.' Pledges then allegedly were taunted with homophobic comments."

  1. There's only one University of Vermont, and that's in Burlington. I think you accidentally thought it was in Middlebury because of the well-known UVM initials, which actually refer to the university's Latin name "Universitas Viridis Montis."

  2. Andy, I assume you mean the first man in the UK to be convicted. There has been at least one in the US who has been convicted (in GA no less).
