  4. Woo! [spoiler edited] What could Dustin possibly have seen in this guy? Let's hope it was his first time with a boyfriend.

  5. hey guys, please try not to include spoilers in the comments for those that want to wait till the broadcast... thanks.

  6. Ha Sorry Andy, though that was a prediction, not a real spoiler.

  7. The part I like the best it that Joe obviously thinks he's a master manipulator but he's really not. He became very hateful and personal many times during that conversation. He went out of his way to convince himself that people agree with him. "Even your friends agree with me" (meaning real life friends) and that is such a weak thing to throw at a bf or ex.

  8. Haha, the fist three commenters are some form of Dave.

  9. Joe's entire exchange with Dustin sounded like something ripped right out of a middle school slap fight. But Dustin gets so many points from me for just letting it all go and not fueling Joe's absurd rant. I am really pulling for Dustin right now. He may have made some mistakes in the past but at least he has gotten his crap together.

I love Big Brother. It is my guilty pleasure for the summer. Thanks again Andy.

  10. I watch the late nite live feed so I get some info before hand. So as to follow Andy's wishes, I'll just say... He's gotta big heart. Having been with a loser like this one, I just wanted to reach out and smack the taste outta his mouth. His manipulations have smacked him back, but good. But you know how TV works, the king may not be dead, but let's hope the funeral is soon and well attended.

  11. Come on guys, I don't see how Joe is such a loser. Stop being so mean against him, there's no need to take sides here. These are just humans, both have made the choices they needed to make at certain moments of their life- no such thing as goodies and baddies.

  12. I haven't been watching BB, but from these clips alone Joe looks like the biggest, manipulative, petulant (and not to mention deluded) guy! Independent of what has happend in their pasts, Joe's rationalizations and evasions about the current issues being discussed make it evident why people are taking Dustin's side!!

  13. wow does joe remind me of an ex that i just want to beat the living snot out of everytime i see him.

way to go dustin. im having a hard time believe he's only 22. i like, i reeally like :)

  14. Joe reminds me of my very first bf, JOE. God, he just annoys the FUCK outta me.

  15. I love Dustin, from what I've seen. Though as a viewer of BB I have no idea about their relationship outside of this house- who's at fault or what not. Though from everything they have said, after hte breakup Joe went out of his way to hurt Dustin's life. It's sad for both of them. Joe was Dustin's first boyfriend. I haven't got a clear feeling if the STD thing was true.

But what I found amazing was Joe last night- He kept saying how Dustin would end up bitter now and that he (Joe ) is now free because he said sorry. Then he goes around to Jessica, Nick being all bitter about the talk and relating everything in skewed view of the talk.
Who knows if Joe could be trusted, by all the things said by Joe in the house it would be hard for me let alone if I'd already had a relationship with the guy. But he did point out that Dustin is on others radar and could be soon voted out-- and that is true. Their are a few in the house who don't trust Dustin and think Amber and him are too close. So I'm worried for Dustin-- because I want him on BB8 for the duration of the season.

I feel sorry for both those guys, and just think Joe didn't get it. Everything Dustin said went over Joe's head-- and then Joe went straight for the cheap shots.

  16. I agree with Mike. I just want to beat the snot out of Joe. The way he twists everything is just repulsive. The whole i-fucked-you-over-and-expected-you-to-be-the-bigger-person-now-I'm-disaopointed thing is beyond outrageous. I really hope Dustin didn't fall for any of that horse s**t.

  17. Eck. Big Brother is just another mindless fleshfest. At least it keeps the freaks and geeks at home in front of the tube so they don't pester me when I am out and about town with my buddies.

  18. For those who TiVoed BB:AD last night, the whole conversation was shown uncut.

  19. Okay, I did a really funny thing: I played ALL 4 of the clips at the same time! What a nightmare! I'm glad they are not in my house!

  20. I am so rooting for Dustin in this game.

As for the spoiler - it sounds like someone won veto and used it, forcing Jen (who is another piece of work) to put Joe up instead of Danielle. If that's the case, Joe's going buh-bye this week. I so hope I'm right on that one.

    Buh-bye Bitter Boy. Buh-bye now.

  21. You're right, Daniel, there's no *need* to take sides. But since Joe is such an asshat, it's fun to do so!

    Posted by: Scott | Jul 17, 2007 8:04:04 PM

  22. Since Joe is so superficial and full of it, maybe he can appreciate this superficial observation -- Dustin is way hot, hotter than you ever deserved, and you should have thanked your lucky stars you had a such a hunk of meat to call a boyfriend!!!

    Posted by: scott | Jul 17, 2007 8:37:29 PM

  23. Wow. Joe is sure delusional. BHCOLIN was right. I feel bad for both of them and it's kinda sad to see, but it makes me love Dustin even more for trying to take the highroad. He seems so much more mature than his 22 years. It's funny that Joe thinks he's a master of the game and that Dustin will only survive if Joe is in the house. SCOTT's comment is pretty funny too about Dustin being WAY hotter than Joe deserves cause it's so true.

  24. I have never been a fan of BB but I was ill last week and watched BB After Dark and it is very addicting. It lasts for 3 hrs. unedited and it goes by very fast. To no surprise once again, BB puts a rather effeminate gay guy on (not that there is anything wrong with that) but please, it is a steroetype. I like Dustin but he too can become quite the drama queen at times.

Almost everyone on here is correct. Joe is that full of himself and irritating. Most of the house members do not like him. But the guy who is great is Nick. Not just because of his good looks and body but he is really secure in himself, gay friendly and an all around good guy. He doesn't even want to win and I believe him. He is pushing for a contestant Amber, who is Dustin's best friend on the show. She is a single mom and waitress in Vegas. But man, I hope when people see Joe this summer in Boystown, steer clear or just have a laugh. :)

  25. THIS IS RIVETING TELEVISION? This is worse than the conversations I had to hear when I used to take the train back and forth to Fire Island before I bought a car? Why would I want to waste precious time watching a freak and a geek fight it out? I suppose it is beneficial for me to see how these unfortunates operate.

  26. Did anyone here see the begining of this Argument? I saw it last night on the feeds. Dustin cheated on Joe and that turned him into the person he is now. Its a total case of a -man scorned. Joe took care of Dustin was deeply in love with Dustin, Dustin cheated and the crazy came out of Joe and obviously he hasn't stopped on his rampage. I don't feel sorry for Dustin cause his actions are what made Joe what he is today.

Also, its kinda messed up that Joe wanted to be on this show, it was his dream and such, and one call from Big brother and Dustin is in just like that. Its pretty spiteful to come into a game on tv souly to screw up your X boyfriend's chance of winning. Its Dustin's Pay back. And its pretty messed up. Looks like they'll continue feuding.

  27. I'm with Dustin. Joe gives me the creeps. Dustin has it together. The past is the past and one cannot keep harking at it all the time. Joe grow up.

    Posted by: Oscar | Jul 18, 2007 5:23:28 AM

  28. Jack! ...you are entirely correct, there's the het flesh to oogle, but the drama quota brings in the creeps like joe, danielle, dick, and the prior Cowboy and his sister... why can't the producers find hunks and chicks with drama, both gay and straight... afterall America's full of 'em.
it's a relief that altho Dustin was brought in to battle Joe, he's surfaced as a likeable and good-looking character... and has every chance to win. hopefully Nick will crank-out more drama as well.
love the guilty pleasure of Big Brother... kinda like watching a 14 car pile-up.

  29. Too bad no one rooting Joe and Dustin to be the final two. Well, that's not gonna happen at this time I presume.

  30. I just watched the first few minutes of the first clip -- I have never seen this season of BB -- and my ears started to bleed and my mind turned to jell-o.
