Lawyer: Resignation Not in the Cards for Florida Rep. Bob Allen
Bob Allen's attorney Greg Eisenmenger told reporters on Wednesday that his client, who was arrested in early July in a public men's room after offering to perform oral sex on a male police officer for $20, has no plans to resign.
Said Eisenmenger: "Based on the police officer's own report, this case should be dismissed. The officer did all the soliciting."
He also clarified Allen's ridiculous excuse that he thought he went along with the undercover officer because he was afriad of black men in the park where the men's room is located, and thought he was going to be robbed:
"This was not a question of race; it was the way they looked. These three guys were hanging out together, obviously together, and then one of them asks for money. It was the classic situation in a mugging."

Wait.... I read the police report. The officer didn't solicit Bob Allen. Bob Allen did all the soliciting.
And the thought that a real straight guy's first instinct would be to offer someone a blow job to avoid getting mugged is just plain silly. That sort of thing never even comes into their minds. If Bob Allen didn't want to suck the cop's dick, he would never have offered to do it... let alone pay the cop $20 on top of the oral sex!

Wow. You'd think this guy would just try to let this thing die, but nope.
His comments about "black guys" clearly show that he is racist. He said nothing about their appearance, simply that they were black, implying that all black men are threatening.
And - does he realize how ridiculous he sounds?!!!
The Daily Show summed up the lunacy best when they described the Million Man March in Washington DC, and said the streets were lined with white people so scared of black people that they were just sucking any cocks they could get a hold of - lol!

Allen can't backtrack on his racism, he said he was wetting his panties because only white person around. That's a lot more than just mentioning offhand that they happened to be black. And who the hell is he fooling, who could he possibly be playing to? Republicans might be as racist as they are homophobic, but dragging race into it isn't going to make them conveniently forget he's been exposed as a restroom trolling faggot.

There used to be a bumper sticker in Tom Delay's district that said, "Improve Congress without DeLay." I think Allen's district could use one that says, "Bob Allen sucks!"

I want to know what else he would do if threatened? Was he really planning on going through with the blowjob so he wouldn't be robbed? Why not just give up the money if that's what he was afraid of? The story is so ridiculous it makes my head spin.
