  1. hmmm

He doesn't need to spend campaign cash on non campaign stuff. His adultres mistress turned wife is a big time Beer Heiress worth over a hundred mill

  4. This is another hit piece by outsiders. Now it's McCains turn. The guy made less than a half million last year, mostly from books and his Navy pension and salary. His wife is worth over 100 million but they have a pre-nup. He even has to pay the going rate when he uses her corproate jet for election travel. All of those properties belong to her, left to her by her father. The only place McCain actually owns is the Sedona ranch. Even the house they live in in Phoenix belonged to her parents.

Obama mostly has his money from books. But the little wife was knocking down almost 400 thousand a year from the hospital that gave her a 165,000 dollar raise when hubby becaame a Senator and he hs earmarked over 12 million for that hospital.

The Clintons money is all from books, and speech's and deals he helped broker for wealthy donors. Almost 40 million from the secret deals alone. Then 40 million from his speech's(remember when Reagan went to Japan and got 2 million for a speech how the Democrats went ballistic?).

Being in politics, big time politics is lucrative folks, thats why they will say anything or do anything for those jobs.

  6. I can totally hear Chris Flockton saying, "The Fabulous Life of John McCain" in his way, and it doesn't sound at all strange.

Yes they all tend to be self serving biogrphaies.

BUT there is 1 book out there by president Gore (sans a supreme court ruling)

    :-)

The Assault on Reason which is a very good read on how politics is F'd up at the moment.

  9. You mean he went to Barneys New York and all he spent was $2,546.46? Amateur.

  10. I don't see the point of this republican-bashing. I wouldn't exactly call democrats poor...take a look at Obama's or Hillary's tax returns. And, in any case, so what if they are rich? What on earth is reprehensible about being rich anyway? The arguments are all very weak: so now you have to be poor to understand the problems of the poor and to solve them? Go pic up the first homeless person with less than an elementary education and have him run the country. I think this liberal media (and you liberals out there) that grab on to non-sense like this to attack McCain are pretty misguided. Argue about the issues, not on whether the man's wife is rich.

  11. Daniel

    Like a blow job?

    Hmmmmmm????

Yes, by all means let us stop all gobvernment and spend millions of tax payers dollars on a blow job.

Watch it with the holier than thou crap. You repubs are not saintly angels doing only the will of the people for the benefit of the people.

Why don't we talk about how McCain's first wife waited YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!! for him while he was a POW and she had a little car wreck that messed up her face and he left her for a rich younger woman.

WOW, what a great human being he is.

Lets talk about how he doesn't know the difference between shia and sunni

Lets talk about how he openly admits he doesn't know a thing about economics

    Lets talk

  12. again

    sorry for the typos

  13. Come on Jimmyboyo, if your going to spread gossip and innuendo's why don't you run for office, you'll fit right in.

McCain and his first wife were already living apart when he met his second wife. And the 2nd. Mrs. McCain didn't sleep with him until his divorce was final.

McCain knows only too well the differenc between Sunni and Shia. If you would bother to read something other than the DailyKos, you might find out that Iran IS helping Al Quida in Iraq and the point has been made by more than one expert on Iraq prior to McCains speech.

When he said he didn't know anything about Economics he was being sarcastic. Even his enemies in the Senate will tell you he has a firm grasp of Economic issues. They may not agree with his answers, but he understands economics quite well, far better than Obama.

If you want to promote your candidate thats fine, but don't resort to phony issues and outright lies to do it.

  14. If I were a McCain supporter, this video would be too silly and inconsequential to change my mind. His stand on substantive issues, including gay issues, is quite enough to keep me from voting for him, but I suppose we can expect much more of this sort of tacky tactic on both sides in the seemingly endless months till election-time.

  15. I would rather vote for someone smart enough to make his/her OWN money than someone too dumb to make any money.

    Posted by: SJ | Apr 22, 2008 4:33:23 AM

  16. It is EASY to make money when your a money whore and marry into it - his heiress wife was 25 when they hooked up - he was well into his 40's.

    Disgusting opportunist.

We need to stop voting for people like this.

  17. And if he was wearing an H&M tie, we'd all be making fun of him for being low-rent. Look, everyone running for president this year is rich. None of them could tell us offhand how much a gallon of milk costs. This is the system we've got.

Like Ernie said, there is more than enough ammunition in McCain's substance (did anyone see the economic speech? Geez.) that we don't need to stoop to this.

That goes for the other candidates, too.

  20. It took a whole day to spend $2,500 at Barney's? That amount would barely get you one decent suit jacket and a couple of shirts.

  25. Joshua

CNN, ABC, MSNBC, The BBC ( just the best news source out there) have all shown video of oldster mccain not knowing the difference between shia and suni 3 times
    now.

McCain himself just this year publicly stated he had no clue about economics.

McCain has publicly stated that he will NOT!!!!!!!!!!! overturn the repub platform of a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage

Joshua, stop drinking the repub kool aid and wake up
