  1. Mormons are so slimy! Remember just last year the LDS church said it was not opposed to equality, only use of the term "marriage"?

    God, they really are evil.

  2. I might have to start watching Extreme Fishing...or Logo should get a gay version of it..

  3. Did you guys see Maria Conchita Alonso rip Sean Penn a new one the other day on TMZ?

It was refreshing to see a celeb go outside of the PR bubble and just speak from the heart.

I'm not saying I agree with her nor am I trying to denigrate Penn, it was just good to see that not everyone fall in line with the "groupthink". Now, If some celebs of my ethnicity would do the same re: Chris Brown.....

  4. I'm laughing my still cute ass off.

The idea that with all the anti-trans/anti-drag comments from this and other gay blogs--Rupauls' Drag Race should be one of the most popular shows to appear on the gay televison network.

Drag queens have been in vogue since ancient Rome, honey. Work gurl!

  5. Yes, Cocksucker "Eminem Never Beat Me Up" Graden, who could only spare $3500 to fight Prop H8TE from the millions he made on promoting the Michigan gangsta wannabe, just when we might be on the verge of being taken seriously by Congress, tell the world gay men are really just about wanting to be women like everyone thought all along so we must all also want to rape little boys blah blah blah.

Let's see him come up with something more than a gay minstrel show in lavender-face, and do a respectful, informed, serious show about marriage equality or gay/trans bashings or ENDA or the lives of actual transgenders that doesn't make them--or us--jokes.

  6. I can't say I'm surprised that Drag Race is Logo's biggest hit. Scrolling through their offerings when trying to find something to Tivo, I'm shocked at how repetitive and uninteresting their lineup is. Very occasional movies of interest from the past, but that's about it.

Thank heavens they secured all that ecstacy. Imagine if a bunch of gays at a party were taking ecstacy---it would be madness! But I'm sure this guy is the only source in all of Australia, so they have nothing to worry about. Phew!

  7. On our way home for voting in the mayoral primary race in St. Louis, the husband and I were discussing the need to clear off the the entire Board of Aldermen and repopulate it with some fresh blood (and fresh thinking.)

It was very nice to read that an openly gay candidate won his primary race for a ward adjacent to the one where I live. Congrats, Mr. Cohn, and best of luck to you in the general election next month.

  8. Chris Brown must have some good dick.

  9. Too bad about the ecstasy, of course I haven't heard of any good pure x in a decade anyway, so probably not a huge loss. Mostly everything but MDMA in there.

Totally agree Paul R about LOGO, there is nothing worth watching on there anyway, sometimes a movie, but more commercials to show ratio than any other network this side of oxygen. Even with DVR it is daunting. Bummed that Ongina got bumped. Only Nina worthwhile.

  10. I wish Mr. Cohn the best, and I'm grateful that he's being openly gay. (But I hope he wouldn't mind the feedback that his eyebrows are groomed too obviously and severely, in my opinion -- severe as in waxed. If I were his image adviser, I'd suggest he go for a more subtle look. Maybe it's a matter of taste, but I don't think waxing of eyebrows looks good on males. A more subtle, and less feminine, approach looks better, in my opinion. Mr. Cohn is entitled to whatever style he prefers, of course.)

  11. I'm not in Mr Cohn's ward but close to it also. But Congrats and good luck
