Camp Camp: The Summer Camp for Gay and Lesbian Adults
Did you know there was a summer camp for gay and lesbian adults? I used to attend a boys camp in northern Wisconsin when I was 10 and we were forced to do a bone-chilling 7 am swim. Apparently, that tradition lives on. It's in a marriage equality state too.

I've been to 'Camp' Camp twice and it was a great experience! So much fun, so much to do, and so many great people and good times. It starts to sound like a cliche, but the high point of Camp really is the people. I haven't made so many new friends since high school. And the bonds made at Camp last all year long.

I have been to 'Camp'Camp twice. This will be my thrid year. Camp is so much fun. You can do everything under the sun, or nothing at all. It is up to you. There are activities during the day. Softball, Volleyball, Tennis, Swimming, Kyaking, Ropes, Wall Climbing, the list goes on.
I have meet some incredible people at camp. We get together throughout the year, either formally, or just friends that you meet there that you find out you live close to each other and able to have dinner or meet for coffee.

Camp Camp is awesome. I'll be going back for my 4th summer, because it truly is the Best Time Ever.
Because of 'Camp' Camp, I've made new life-long friends, picked up a new hobby (Stained Glass), continue to enjoy choreographing dance routines to teach in the "Broadway" style class, conquered some fears, and I've been able to put my career/business on 'hold' while I'm gone. I've learned the world doesn't come to an end, my clients understand, and they're happy I'm actually taking a vacation.
If you're considering a vacation, there's nothing more fun, or more affordable (besides sitting at home alone and not spending any money) then going to 'Camp' Camp. Try it, you'll be back year after year after year! If you come this year, please do say hello.

I know it sounds too good to be true, but Camp really is that great! 'Camp' Camp is a fabulous vacation and the one I look forward to every year. The friends I have made at Camp are among the best friends I have ever had. I can't wait for August!
