Susan Boyle Seen Bawling for Her Cat on Hotel Balcony
People often make fun of ladies and their cats. But when it's a real situation lived in the public eye, it's just sad. Susan Boyle clearly isn't mentally-prepared for the fame and demands that superstar-dom has brought her:
"Susan Boyle was dropped from a second Britain's Got Talent concert
last night after launching into a bizarre rant over her beloved cat
Pebbles. The distressed singer was seen shouting on the balcony
of her eighth floor room which overlooked the atrium at Radisson SAS
Hotel in Liverpool on Thursday afternoon. Her behaviour
prompted producers to remove the 48-year-old from the playlist at
Thursday's live tour at the Liverpool Echo Arena. A spokesperson for Britain's Got Talent denied the Scottish spinster
had been yelling for her cat, insisting she was 'just tired'. Fellow hotel guests claimed Susan was seen bawling: 'Where's my cat?' on the balcony on Thursday afternoon. One guest said: 'She kept shouting, 'I want my cat. I need my cat. 'I think people felt sorry for her as she was clearly unhappy.' It is unknown if she will return to the stage in Cardiff tonight."
Very sad. She's obviously not cut out for touring. They should just let her make a record and get on with her life at home.

I'm sorry for her but really, OLD lady? She's 48! Ageist much?

So not only is this variety of tv just fake, it is also toxic to vulnerable people who 'need' fame... it's horrid to watch. Susan has been created by and will likely be destroyed my the media, and people tune in to see her lose her marbles each time (not just her Pebbles) in a sad spectacle. It's just appalling to see people being 'consumed'.

You're right about the old bit. I've redacted it. Apologies.

ANDY I love you and your blog to death, but by posting shit like this you are just throwing fuel on this poor fire. Enough of the 'reality' shit. Leave this woman alone.

@PATRICK NYC
Oh, he is not throwing fuel. Andy gives us occastional updates on Susan. I don't go to fan sites, so this is the only place where I would get this information.

How long before she shaves her head and starts swatting paparazzi with an umbrella?

Darren what 'information' do you need? Read a newspaper, get a life. This is trailer trash.

Serious question: how old is Pebbles?

In response to your comment, "Very sad. She's obviously not cut out for touring. They should just let her make a record and get on with her life at home."
I suggest backing off with the reactive negative comments....Ms. Boyle is an adult, let's let her decide if she wants to tour....everyone is entitled to experience difficult feelings in their effort to transition from one lifestyle to another.
Susan...you go girl.

Someone need to do a Chris Crocker:
"Just leave Suzie ALONE!"

Susan has special needs, she was denied oxygen at birth, and as a result it is difficult for her to deal with this new life. The show just needs to let her out of her contract so she can go home and be happy.

Just give her the fucking cat! Geez. And if pebbles is dead, then give her a new one. Better yet, have mine... "Juanita! Come play with the nice lady."

I really supported her in the beginning, but she is just not cut out for this. Move on Susan and let someone else -who can handle it- take your place. These producers have no time for such crap. Sorry Susan, but enough is enough. You are far too new to be acting like a diva and far too new to be missing concerts. Go home and be with your cat. This is not your bag!

I think they should just let her make albums, if touring is this much hassle. And why can't the cat come on tour? Geez.

Susan is not acting like a DIVA!!! She is upset, sad, bewildered, overwhelmed -- not making hysterical demands and expecting the Red Sea to part. I find it so sad that her dreams are coming true and they are wrecking her. That is not DIVA behavior, in any way.

I'd miss my cat if I was on tour. Poor lady. I hope someone flys the cat up to stay with her. They can afford a hotel pet deposit.
