George Clooney: People Will See Prop 8 as Product of 'Archaic' Time


Backstage at the Emmys, George Clooney was asked what he thought about the ruling against Proposition 8.

Said Clooney: "People will look back at this period of time in history and think of it as an archaic time."

  2. I think his implication is that gay marriage is inevitably going to become an ingrained part of society, and such views that it shouldn't will become antiquated.
