Ben Smith writes: "Arizona Governor Jan Brewer's opening statement in last night's debate reflects either an amazing lack of preparation, or sheer panic."

  4. "I have did..." "We have did.." I live in AZ and can tell you she is as dumb as she sounded on this clip.

  5. Alright. I don't know which is worse, her lack of professionalism or that fact that Arizona voted for her.

  6. Wow. Just.. wow.

It certainly doesn't reflect well on the voters of Arizona.

  7. Another proud graduate of the Sarah Palin School of Public Speaking - what an inarticulate bitch.

  8. I don't think they did vote for her.. She is a replacement for Janet Napolitano

  9. Maybe she should have really considered writing notes on her palm...Learn a few things from Palin...

  10. Thanks for the laugh. I watched it a couple of times, and it just gets funnier and funnier!

  11. I just find it interesting that when she was in the AZ senate she advocated for a Lt. Gov. position for the state as she didn't think being Sec. of State qualified someone to be governor. I didn't see her object when Napolitano went to D.C. though.

  12. WOW!

Know we know why she was laughed right out of the White House after her meeting with the President. Just WOW!

  13. Just Sayin' is right in that she's a replacement, but Dan's right in that this numbskull is way ahead in all the polls there and is quite popular.

  14. Wow. She has done.... everything!!!

  15. Check out her response to the media scrum after the debate, when they seek clarification on her claim of finding headless bodies in the desert:

  16. That right there is a community college education.

PS: Arizona voters did not vote for her. She inherited the role of governor after Obama appointed Napolitano to Homeland Security Chief.

  17. For someone who has such disdain for spanish-speaking immigrants, she sure doesn't have a very firm command of the English language.

  18. She obviously can't even speak (let alone govern) unless being spoon-fed by the extreme right-wing. Anyone who votes for her is utterly insane.

  19. I think she may have just had a stroke.

  20. It's like a middle school girl in her first run for class president. Pathetic.

  21. Just talk! This is another reason why politicians are scum. They can't just speak their mind for fear of offending someone or getting their words edited and twisted against them. Everything they say is watered down prepared statements that never mean anything. And yes, obama's speeches are void of any real content as well. just nice sounding action words. Without their notes they have nothing to say.

  22. We are going to see many more intellectual heavy weights like this come november. Prepare yourselves for it because this is what America now wants.

  23. Is there anything that Brewer hasn't did for Arizona?

    Posted by: TampaZeke | Sep 2, 2010 12:30:28 PM

  24. The saddest thing is, she'll win by a LANDSLIDE in Arizona (aka Teabagistan).

  25. "We had did what was right for Arizona."
