Very good indeed. Today portuguese press is reporting about the first same-sex marriage between 2 military in the country, guess you would like to know. Aparently is also the first report lesbian-military marriage in the world, just follow my link to the news in portuguese.
He's as cute as a bug's ear, but we've got to stop being so sensitive. You can make any word derogatory with the right context.

I still can't get enough of Matthew Mitcham.
He's simply adorable!
I'm also a big fan of the fact he's delivering his message in a "hey, guys! stop that!" tone -- as opposed to the whiny, defensive tone we hear it delivered from so many others.
Yeah, Matthew!

OMG! I'm so glad he's so gay. That man makes me swoon.

Didn't he defend some woman when calling another team "faggots", because she was his friend?

@PDX Guy: I was thinking the same exact thing. :-p

Yet he defended the 'inappropriate use' of the term faggot.
That's so gay.

"Didn't he defend some woman when calling another team "faggots", because she was his friend?"
He didn't defend the remarks, but he commented on it, saying:
"It was offensive & very thoughtless, but being friends with her for 2yrs, I know she is not homophobic. … She luvs gays but used very ill-chosen language."
I know a lot of people who likewise are not homophobic (or not racist) but seem ignorant to the harmful implications of the words they use.

DK, if you watch the video, you'll see that he is addressing the negative context and not the word. And he does it without too much seriousness.
It is the context of how people use "gay" as insult which is offensive.

I think people are overly sensitive. It's not the word, but the tone and the intent. You could call someone a "great person" but say it in such a way that everyone knows you mean the opposite.

Let's get rid of "that sucks" as well as "that's so gay." So long as gays are used as the standard for rejection and disapproval, we will never be treated with respect and equality. For those who think I'm too sensitive, tell blacks to stop griping about the n-word.
