The catholic editorial on equal marriage should be required reading for all the hate groups trying to impose their religious views on state institutions and legislation. (Some of the comments are hilarious - you can almost hear the clinking of their pearl necklaces.)

Catherine Middleton did not actually become a princess when she married Prince William. They got a dukedom which makes her a duchess.

Hmmm, form-letter condolences on generic White House letterhead stationery and the BHO autopen, together...priceless.

@Callum, actually she does become a princess, but is not entitled to the use of Princess Catherine as she was not born a princess. She is technically Princess William of Wales just as Baroness Marie-Christine von Reibnitz became styled Princess Michael of Kent upon marriage to Prince Michael of Kent; however, as Catherine has other titles she can use, it is more common to refer to her by those, the senior title being Duchess of Cambridge. In fact the same applies to William, who should now formally be called the Duke of Cambridge instead of Prince William.

The potential future first husband actually lisps when says "homsexual" ?!

Let's get it right, folks... She is, HRH The Duchess of Cambridge because she takes her title and style from her husband. She would only be "Duchess Kate," "Princess Kate," etc if she were a duchess or princess in her own right. (like Duke of York's daughters, Pcss Bea and Eugenia). Media screwed this one all the time with Diana. Let's be correct with Kate...

I wish Andy in his excerpts would identify clergy by their denomination. Gomez is a Roman Catholic, while the Episcopal Diocese is a dynamic, accepting and affirming one who now has an "out", 20+ years partnered, female Bishop! We are Episco-PALS! ;)
