I visited the ISF 3 years ago. It was my first time since 1973, I was amazed at how many different things were available deep-fried/on a stick,(and how many folks were buying every one of them) and predicted that butter or lard would be the next addition to the menu. Sometimes I amaze myself with my prescience and perspicacity....
