  2. If the promise of "economic stimulus" helps the marriage equality cause, then I'm all for it. But really, aren't stories like this missing the point? I know RI needs the cash, but really ... I don't imagine bigoted minds will sell out that easily.

  3. I think it's important for people to know that denying people the right to marry doesn't make sense at all from a fiscal standpoint. But also....
    STOP GIVING AIRTIME to anti-gay assholes. Everybody does it in the interest of media neutrality and seeing both sides, blah blah blah. But they aren't an equal and opposing view. They are officially hate groups now. We don't give airtime to the KKK on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and we don't give air time to people who want slavery back. We don't give airtime to people who don't want women to vote. STOP GIVING AIRTIME TO N.O.M.
