  2. I hate to say this but this just sadly seems like a losing battle. Do we really think North Carolina voters are going to vote against this? The majority of voters are going to likely be Republican as it is. I don't want to be negative though I am I know but this is not going to happen. NC is going to have to wait for the federal level to make it legal for all states.

  3. This isnt to vote for same-sex marriage in North Carolina. This Amendment wants to add it as a constituitional law to not allow ANY unmarried couples any legal recognition...the VOTE AGAINST PROJECT is to make all NC voters aware that they can take a stand and decide not to etch discrimination into our state's constitution....Everyone read up on the Amendment...GET THE FACTS!

  4. There are far more unmarried couples than married ones. If all of the unmarried couples in NC vote no, this thing will be defeated.

  5. Sadly, E.D., the ill-informed voters don't really understand the difference

  6. The tide is turning toward a majority of North Carolina voters voting against this anti-same sex family N.C. Constitutional Amendment on May 8, 2012. Anyone interested can read constant news information about the Amendment and N.C. GLBT community by going to Do not assume that people across North Carolina are going to allow the Constitution of our State to be amended to add hate and prejudice ... we are not Mayberry any more.
